We stayed at Sullivan's twice, each time for one night. It is clean and comfortable. There is an excellent free bus service from just outside the hotel, buses come every ten minutes. Be warned though, it's easy to miss the stop on the way back from town, and the next stop is miles away! Hot tip, ask for a room...

We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of our Australian adventure. Although the hotel could do with a refurb, it was clean and certainly supplied all our needs. Everyone was very friendly. It is in a good location for the city. Breakfast was good, offering cooked and continental options. The restaurant also offered wholesome well cooked evening meals.

We stayed for 3 nights in March 2016, and every hotel we have visited since then - we have compared the bed to our Sullivans King sized bed. None have come close. We had a beautiful King room overlooking the road and water, loved the bed, the service and the location!

My wife and myself recently spent 5 nights in The Sullivan's Hotel. It is ideally situated just a ten minute walk into the city centre and not much further if you choose to walk alongside the Swan River to Elizabeth Quay. There is also a bus stop directly outside the hotel which can be used to get the bus to...

Attended with family and had two rooms. Rooms are large and airy, beds are very comfortable. The location makes for easy access to town, sporting events, buses for tours etc. Has a lovely little bar tucked away near the bistro and the prices were very reasonable. Would definitely return to stay.

Sullivan's Hotel is a very friendly comfortable hotel walking distance from the city of Perth. The staff couldn't be more accomodating. The buffet breakfast included New Norcia breads and is the best I have encountered. The rooms have been upgraded and the beds large - I'm 6' 4" so I like a long bed

Stayed here for a couple of nights after travelling from England to Perth via Singapore and before we continued with a tour of Australia. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the accommodation was fine. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was very tasty and well presented and the price was competitive to...

If what you want is a perfectly acceptable room without many of the trimmings , this is the place for you. Beware - no food available after 10pm. Convenient bus stop for free bus service just outside.

I chose this hotel based on Tripadvisor rating, price and the proximity to the river so I could "Run the Bridges" which is about a 10+ km loop in which you run alongside the river. Sullivans tick all the boxes and I was not disappointed. The building itself is getting old, but the rooms have all been refreshed and are...

The hotel is clean, cozy and people are friendly. It is near two beautiful parks. You can go by walking. There is a cool swimming pool at the hotel. I went in December and it was quiet. The price was really good. If I can, I will go back. I did not eat the breakfast, but seems good.
