Fanstastic solo stay. 1 bedroom corner suite overlooking the river with everything you could possibly wish for including a bed and pillows to die for. Such awesome value for a brilliant weekend staycation. Will definitely be making this a regular visit.

Excellent overnight stay and location for our night out. Very clean and comfortable. Great view from our room. Lovely buffet breakfast in the Heirloom to complete a great stay. Definitely will stay here again.

I'm not going to explain every problem I've experienced, because it's going to be too long and I'm going to be upset. My aim is to warn that this hotel's customer service is very bad: front desk, room service, housekeeping. I was really appalled that a hotel can be so unprepared and not properly train its staff. Ignorant staff that thinks it knows everything, they doesn't understand anything about customer service. As there were many areas with problems, you come to the conclusion that it is no training provide. Someone from customer service called my husband who refused to waste his time with this hotel again. The stay was so horrible, that he doesn't want to waste a second more with such disqualified people. I fully agree with him. In a search for a hotel, if customer service is a point to be considered, look for another hotel.…

We booked a premier suite over looking the river. On entering the room, this was facing buildings, not a river view. The apartment was filthy with various damaged items, on complaining, we received “there’s nothing we can do”. The manager also declined to speak with us, with a like or lump it attitude provided by staff. They do offer room service however 2 out of the day days, they didn’t come. Most days they did not replenish towels, tea, coffee Ect. I counted 4 days when room service was done correctly. If you want a room with dirty windows, filthy draws, tables, chairs… with limited room service and unhelpful staff, this is the place to stay.

Great location, quiet and close to park and CBD for walking. Room was ample big enough for 2 (mother and son), clean and spacious room with comfy bed/pillows and Bobby was very friendly when we checked out! Had good cafe and tried room service, although there are plenty of eating spots close by to eat out. I would definitely recommend and would come again. Pauline

High end self catering apartment. Well stocked cupboards and close to Coles & Woolworths. A great area to stay in. Pretty view of Queens Park and the Reception staff went above and beyond in helpfulness. Ode at breakfast particularly stood out. Liked the pool though it was a bit cold. Recommend Fraser would try others in chain. Only minus - the tap in the kitchen was awful - loose and sprayed everywhere when we tried to use it.

Family room - Requested 2 single beds in adjoining room but got a queen bed. No communication if the request will be actioned or that the configuration can't be changed. Have to pay for parking on site (no pre-book) and this was subject to availability. We were lucky that we had the last spot. The main room has a kitchenette with just a small pot and pan. No bowls for cereal in morning. No milk in fridge for the whole stay. Not worth the extra $$ for a kitchenette. Still need to eat out every day (not cheap for 4 people).

Building maintenance issues, time and pressure regulated showers, doors broken, blocked sink, no parking, raining got a parking ticked. Gave me a $20 bottle of alcohol as recitifixtion, did then give me free parking.
