Wife & I decided we needed a couple of relaxing nights off from the kids & home life so we chose this central home town hotel so we could walk to a couple of dinners or lunches. We chose the 1 bedroom self contained apartment & we weren't let down. Spacious, good size kitchen ... and a balcony to relax...

Central to Central Business District and Swan Rivers Perth Cruises terminal. Both are about a 10 minute walk to get to. With covered walkways to the CBD, and a good portion of covered walk way to the Perth Swan River Cruises terminal.

Service was excellent and the restaurant wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner with friends and family and breakfast the following morning was just as great. We would recommend both the accommodation and the restaurant.

We arrived by train and left by bus - all directly accessible, as are (easily walkable) some great eateries and the amazing Hay and Murray Street shopping malls. This modern apartment building would be busy during a convention or exhibition (the big Centre is across from the front door), but for our visit it was quiet, and oh so comfy....
