Great place for clean and neat & tidy. Perfect located just out side the city , little noise with police & ambo but the hospital is just there. ( not a problem Tho) beautiful restaurant under the building. Car park is tight to drive into on both entrances, if ur in a 4 wheel drive.. U can’t actually pull into drive way or ours would have smashed the gate ( not enough space to pull in) So always had to get a child to get out and scan the card ! Very inconvenient if I was by my self with a newborn! * only negative is we had poo splatter under the main toilet seat. ( wasn’t from us ) but other than that MINT clean condition ! * the room Above must have tip water over the edge as we had bulk water fall Into our balcony ( like a water fall x2 times in our stay!!) rude I thought personally what if we were sitting out there at the time, ( however I did have photos and uploaded on booking. Com and it says my review wasn’t on there guide lines.. mmmm I always review and this is a first for me ) So here I am staying the truth on here instead .

We stayed for the AFL masters national carnival for 8 nights in a one bedroom apartment. It was easy to book online. The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of room and all the conveniences we needed to make our stay a great one. A seperate kitchen, living area, laundry/bathroom and bedroom with king size bed. There is a coffee machine with complimentary pods and the ability to purchase more at a great price. Everything we needed if we wanted to stay in and cook. Oven, hot plate, microwave and full sized fridge as well as a microwave and dishwasher. There is also a secure car park that we were able to park our vehicle in knowing it was safe and secure. The balcony was very large with an outdoor setting. The CAT bus stops were within easy walking distance and there were numerous dining restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. We took the CAT bus into the city and then back to the apartment from Elizabeth Quays. It was close to all the functions that we needed to attend. The staff were excellent and friendly. Will definetly stay at this apartment again

I wouldn’t stay here again. Reasons why; 1. No cancellations are allowed under any circumstance which I think is ridiculous given the current climate with Covid 2. False advertising- website says free parking with a room but the car park is first come first serve 3. Car park was an absolute nightmare, tiny parks and people double parking one another 4. After 4pm you have to check in down the road at a separate location 5. I was there 2 weeks - apartment was ‘serviced’ a couple of times but all they did was make the bed and take out the trash. Didn’t even get a clean tea towel or anything. 5. Bed is HORRENDOUSLY uncomfortable to the point where I found it difficult to sleep. The pros are that it was spacious and clean on arrival. The location is good although if you need to cross over the train tracks you need to walk through a homeless camp and a couple of times I was approached by people under the influence.

The staff are all accommodating especially we have to change our accommodation due to COVID lockdown in Perth. The rooms are nice and clean my family were happy. The price is very affordable and very close to CBD and parking space are very secured. We love the Italian restaurant just below the apartment. We love to stay there again when we come back to Perth!

While this hotel had great apartments with a balcony and its very clean. Its has a large amount of rules which are display everywhere, the hotel is hard to enter and on check in they had to see if my room was ready at 2pm, the receptionist was not very friendly. While in the lift a cleaner came in and vacuumed around me. If i had a choice ti stay here again i will not as there are many other hotels in the area.
