Very fantastic service from a dedicated service team- every member we met was very warm and helpful . Shout- outs especially to Kara, Huong Jasmine & Sam. I travelled with my elderly mother who cannot walk much due to knee problems & had requested for a room as near the lift as possible. The staff at Como Treasury really take pains to remember your requests and attend to your needs. They were very helpful in assisting us to book a ferry ride , and to arrange for a driver to drive us to Swan Valley , as well as make bookings for us to visit and dine at the winery there. The driver which the hotel helped us book Neil was excellent too, knowledgable and extremely patient with my elderly mother. The hotel's location is excellent- near the airport , and just 3-5 minutes from the main high street - Hay Street. It is also easy to walk down to Elizabeth Quay and the Bell Tower. You must make reservations at the hotel's restaurants in advance - they are full. We enjoyed our delicious breakfast at Post every morning, especially the Como juices, which are fresh and have no added sugar. Highly addictive.Rooms are very spacious and I appreciated that there was an exercise mat as I am a qualified mat pilates instructor. The complementary snacks in the mini bar are tasty - cashew nuts and chocolate covered nuts. However, we found it a little odd that there was no TV channel guide- we were trying to watch CNN and poor Jasmine had to struggle to help us find the channel. Also , a warning for the elderly - the bath tub is deeper than the average and an elderly person might struggle to get out, like my mother did. Best to use the shower if they have arm/ leg weakness. The indoor pool and spa looked fantastic, but I didn't have time to try. Will do so next time.

Just book it! We are locals living in the hills of Perth and regularly enjoy staycations. My former go to hotel has unfortunately slipped a bit in service. I should thank them because it led me to The Como Treasury. There is absolutely nothing I can truly fault about the hotel accommodation, service, amenities and most importantly the staff. Our checkin was completely stress free. No lineup! A very comfortable selection of lounge chairs and a welcome drink while the check-in details are completed at your leisure. I needed to make a booking with accessible bathroom. We were given a Heritage room. Beautiful room that is large. The bathroom is large with a superb walk in shower and a separate large freestanding bath. I was thinking to myself…. I could probably make this work because I can fit my assistance walker in the shower. However….. there is a second bathroom truly designed for accessible access which instantly gave my mind peace. All areas of the hotel are accessible without using steps or stairs. The wonderfully attentive staff ensured they walked the route I should take before informing me of the most direct route to the pool. The pool is wonderful. There is a variety of wonderful dining and relaxing venues within the building. I had been wanting to try WILDFLOWER as I have heard wonderful things. Unfortunately I left it too late to book but I will ensure in reserve at least a week in advance next time. We did indulge at Long Chim, Post and the Wine Merchant in addition to in room dining. I have already booked for 3 nights over Christmas and I will have another 2 or 3 day stay for my birthday in October. Did I mention the staff? Every person I interacted with went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, had all we required. I am very fussy and have no issue bringing attention to a problem. There was absolutely no need for me to even have a single negative thought. If you judge a hotel simply on cost then you need to remember the value given in return for that cost. This is by far the best hotel in Perth and we have stayed in most of the luxury hotels in Perth. If you want to have a stay where you feel completely indulged and you do not have to lift a finger other than to put food in your mouth or enjoy a sip of one of many different refreshments then this the place for you. I defy you to leave here NOT feeling completely relaxed. My next stay will be in a Treasury Balcony Room. I can hardly wait.

Most sites including tripadvisor list twenty plus five star hotels in Australia. Most are three star. Some struggle to make four star. But there are only two real five star hotels in Australia: The Treasury is one. More in the European style, the service is seamless, the rooms are perfect and the price reflects its.

Really enjoyed the lap pool and the bathroom was enormous. I was worried that noise might be an issue seeing as the room faced Barrack st but it wasn't a problem at all. Complimentary wine on arrival.

Brilliant service with nothing being too much trouble. Room was large, spacious and airy. Breakfast was great (although the real toast was bizarre). Top notch hotel and one of the best we have stayed in worldwide and best in Aus so far. Expensive but worth it

We've recently spent 4 nights at Como The Treasury as part of our anniversary celebrations - wow! We loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The building is beautiful with everything finished to an extremely high standard - our room was simply magnificent. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and the attention to detail was wonderful throughout - all of our needs were catered for. The hotel gym was well equipped and guests were even able to take yoga and pilates classes whilst at the hotel. Staff at the hotel were so helpful and incredibly attentive - everyone we spoke to had a "can do" attitude - nothing was too much trouble for them. The location of the hotel was excellent and we really enjoyed exploring Perth and Fremantle. The highlight of our stay was a day trip to Rottnest Island - a really lovely day out! Without a doubt Como The Treasury is the best hotel we have ever stayed at - we really would love to go back and we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the property.

There’s a reason Como Treasury is winning all the awards - it is simply next level. We chose the two night package which included dining options at Petition and Post. Wildflower is also an option but was not open on the nights we stayed so try and see if your visit can coincide as I have heard many good things about this restaurant. The team are delightful and Norbu (Jewel in Buddhism) went to great lengths to make sure our car was available as required as well as providing us with a good overview of shopping in the environs. We also had the 75 minute couple massage in the Shambala Spa. It was exceptional and such a beautiful experience. As to the rooms, you will not find such a spacious and stylish set up. Ours was a Heritage Suite and it was heaven. And the complimentary treats a welcome afternoon snack after a day out and about in the city. Oh and I nearly forgot the heated floor button for the bathroom😃. Breakfast in Post catered to a husband who choose the least healthy menu option (think panckakes, bacon and similar) and myself who appreciates the Shambala healthy option (chia pudding, open smoked trout omelette). The gym has the best equipment and a steam room plus there’s also a lovely pool. As to the building, it’s a beautiful heritage structure tastefully and elegantly done. I could have stayed here a week and not left the hotel with everything that I needed located in the one place, including Sue Lewis chocolates (you will find one on your pillow before you say goodnight).

I have just stayed one night at Como in Perth and didn’t want to leave, it’s amazing! I work in luxury travel and can honestly say this is one of the coolest, relaxed, luxury city hotels I’ve stayed in. Como is a favourite brand of mine, I love the whole Shambala menu, the toiletries and the amazing service you get from the team. We were checked in by the Lovely Shandi who was so friendly, and very personal. She gave us a tour of the room and just made us feel super comfortable and welcome. The rooms are huge, and the biggest I’ve seen in a city hotel. Every single thing you need in the room, free mini bar for snacks and soft drinks, and the BEST shower!!!! For me the sign of a good hotel is a good shower and this is amazing. In less than 24 hours we tried all 3 restaurants. We did petition for lunch, long chim for dinner and then post for breakfast. All we’re outstanding!!! Make sure you book in advance they are busy. One thing I loved about como is that it’s part of the state buildings which means you have so much on your doorstep without even needing to leave the hotel. I used the gym twice which was great, well equipped and nice natural light and a gorgeous pool. We couldn’t do the spa as we didn’t have time, but again if you’re only here for a short break - book the spa for a massage it’s worth it as I’ve done como spas before. Como really are setting the standard here in Perth and I think they will be hard to beat, but also it’s putting WA on the map for true luxury travel. Thank you for an amazing stay, we’ll be back!
