First, hotel beds are comfortable. Hard to find sometimes when traveling. Second, location in downtown was close to many things. Food was pricey, but good! Service was average, but overall experience was pleasant!
I shouldn’t have booked this hotel for my family.
It’s a very large impersonal hotel in a good location, that would serve well as a conference centre.
It wasn’t particularly welcoming or friendly, tho the staff were professional they were far from warm. We almost...More
We stayed 2 nights. The room and bathroom were very nice, very clean and very quiet. We found the gymnasium and pool area to be well-equipped and clean, but one recommendation is to provide patrons with extra towels for the pool. The location was great...More

If you are staying at the hotel after the cruise, I'd suggest a taxi. Not far from the cruise terminal but I wouldn't like to walk with my suitcase as it is uphill. Not very expensive at all for a taxi. The staff at the Millenium are lovely and will look after your travel needs. They recommended a private company for our trip from the airport and it was only slightly over the taxi fare and we arrived in a nice clean shiny BMW with a great driver.
We looked at staying at the Casino and very nearly did but picked up a great rate here a couple of weeks before we left in a Club room. Fantastic as there were many people staying here who were on the same cruise. In fact, we stayed in contact with one through the cruise and after! Room was very comfortable. I would certainly recommend staying here for the price, the fantastic club room food and wine and the staff! Walking distance to many places as well including many restaurants and the Viaduct area.
