We spent a few nights here including New Year's Eve. It's a massive hotel right in the centre of town directly above the duty free store. The main shopping street, Queen st. Is the next street over so very central. The harbour with all its restaurants, etc. Are a 5-10 minute walk away. The ferry to Waiheke is directly down...

Stayed here for 2 nights with the family in a 2 bedroom apartment. The staff is very friendly and professional, the location is good for tourists and the apartment was rather large with a decent view and excellent WiFi. However, we still felt we got average to poor value for what we paid. The apartment is in desperate need for...

Dear Belgian_family_in_uk Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback of your recent stay at hotel. We are glad that you enjoyed our spacious apartment. The Hotel was pretty good over all, but the apartment we had needed a little bit of maintenance in relation to the roller blinds, some of them were broken and not working. Not something that the hotel can control but the building site across the road started pole driving about 7.30am, so no sleep in.

Wonderful apartment with separate bedroom and lounge, tidy small kitchen a great balcony with views over the Viaduct and towards the Harbour Bridge. It exceeded expectations. Very nice cafe downstairs. Only thing missing was a house bar for an evening wine

I was worried reading other reviews about how noisy this hotel is with the underground works going on in Auckland. We heard nothing and our room on level 23 was all we needed. A good living space with a really good sized balcony and plenty of room for cases etc is what you get. Service at the hotel was first...

This would be our third stay in these apartments and, once again, our experience was entirely satisfactory. Approaching the Apartments was a fraught experience, as we had just flown in to Auckland and had no idea about the construction taking place outside - so round and round we went in a "moving car park", unable to gain entry to the...

First off, this is a great hotel and the staff works really hard to meet the needs of their guests (more in a sec on that). There is a ton of construction going on right out front of the hotel, but it's on almost every street in Auckland's CBD at the moment. My room on the 23rd floor was clean,...

I stayed here recently for 4 nights for business and leisure Good: easy checkin, room 1905 has great views of water and city. Big balcony to sig out and enjoy views. Most toiletries are given in the room. The bed is comfortable and the room is set up as one bedroom apartment which is great. Bad and ugly: the bathroom...

First, Auckland is a mess. It's all in a good cause apparently - they're building either a light rail or rail system (it was unclear which) but access to, and from, anywhere in the CBD can change within hours! Just something to be wary of. The hotel is pleasant. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, perhaps a little austere. The...
