I was in the middle of a hectic trip and appreciated the charming wooden house very much. The hosts were both helpful and discreet. The b&b had the feel of a lived-in, but quiet household. Not in the city centre but closely located to buses and several restaurants.

This quaint little B&B is situated 20 minutes from the airport and a 20 minute bus ride from the downtown area. We were attracted to it by the photos on the internet, it's affordable price and location. Location wise, it's set back from the road and is very quiet. The bus which stops directly opposite runs every 15 mins and...

From letting us check in early, to warm and wonderful conversation, our innkeeper Eileen absolutely made this our favorite place in Auckland. She is very cute, very bright, personable, energetic, and made us feel like we were coming home. Our upstairs room was bright and spotless. The commons room is comfortable. In our two weeks we stayed at many places...

With an infinity for all things German, I gave this place a try and it was perfect for me! Off the beaten path, a warm reception, a beautiful balcony view, with WiFi included and a little German breakfast in the morning. Perfect. Though this is "far" from the central city attractions, the price is reasonable and you are near Mt....

We stayed here for one night this week as we were visiting friends in Auckland. The B&B is very well situated in Mount Eden and is a great base for hassle free access to the city by car or public transport. There was plenty of off street parking which is a plus for somewhere so central. Our room on the first...

Stayed here for six nights at the end of October. Our room was on the upper floor and had a nice view of Eden Park. It was extremely comfortable and clean. People have commented saying the bathrooms our really small. By American standards that is probably true, but I have had way smaller bathrooms in Europe. Our bathroom here had...

My husband and I recently stayed at the Bavaria Bed & Breakfast Hotel on the first day or our trip to New Zealand before traveling to a conference in Hamilton. The inn was in a cute neighborhood fairly close to the airport. We had a pleasant day walking to the nearby volcano crater and then to town. The rooms were...

A warm and comfortable B and B that has loads of personality. You are invited into a vibrant home that is comfortable and clean. This helped by the owner Eileen who brings light and ease into your stay. The breakfast is a bonus. Mount Eden and Dominion Road is within walking distance and gives you access to many restaurants and...

A small B&B Hotel just 20 mins from downtown by bus, in a clean, quiet neighborhood. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the best part is the friendliness of the manager Eileen, and her staff (her son and daughter also help out and interact with the guests). Breakfast was very good, enhanced by the family like atmosphere with Eileen and...
