Room is worn out. Nowhere to place clothes. Constant noise through the day from builders, then get high pitched noise from hotel about 1am most nights for about 15mins. Sounds a bit like water pipes. Didn't realise the bathrooms where separate. They were reasonably clean but the shower heads and water pressure was a bit useless, especially if you are...

stayed here for one night to recover from a long flight.Friendly receptionist quickly booked us in and offered to give any advice if required.Room very clean-lovely white fluffy towels and spotless crisp cotton sheets. Our room overlooked the park and windows were left open to cool the room down.Good position for the main street and walk down to the harbour.A bit...

We stayed in a double room at the Kiwi International for a single night and found the hotel basic, with tired decoration, basic amenities, cramped accommodation and also quite noisy with other back-packing and International guests. I wouldn't recommend for a relaxing getaway, but if you need something quick and cheap for a night, it will do.

Started here while in Auckland for the Adele concert. The Ritz it is not but you get what you paid for! It's at the top of Queen Street so 10 minutes and you're in the centre of the city. Friendly receptionists and happy for you to drop bags off if you arrive earlier than check in time of 2pm. Rooms...

This hotel is _basic_. How basic? Well, they've put one low-wattage lightbulb in a fixture meant for two or three. If, like me, you like to see your face when putting on makeup (or shaving, if you're man), I advise you to follow my instructions and pack a lighted travel mirror. Only one electrical outlet for the whole room -...

We stayed 4 nights. The wifi was crap. The batteries in the TV remote had leaked and it didn't work. TV didn't work. They had no smoke alarm in the room. It had been removed. The lights were covered in bugs. And the family room is definitely not a family room. The Queen bed is 3 feet away from the...

This hotel is located in an alley at the upper end of Queen Street. From the Airport take the Skybus that travels by way of Dominion Road. There is another route. You want Dominion Road. It is the first Skybus stop. You get off on the left next to a line of shops. Walk downhill about thirty paces and turn...

You get what you pay for, nothing more and nothing less. The location in still in the centre of Auckland but you still have to walk a little bit to get into the main shopping area of Auckland and the harbour.

The hotel is located about 100 meters off Queen St on an alley. Despite that distance, there is plenty of noise to keep you from resting. There is no A/C and windows are open to let in the air as well as the noise. There is no kitchen for travelers. My room came with a hot pot for tea and...

Hi Joe. Thank you for stopping by to place a review. We are glad that you enjoyed our in house tour services and that we were able to provide you with good customer service. The particular room you booked is our most basic room in our budget wing and the facilities are very limited as this room rents for $59-$79....
