Stayed one night for a business trip. Not our usual place to stay but apparently all we could get. The reception staff was very efficient, polite and professional. She sorted 8 of our group with keys, directions to our rooms etc within a couple of minutes without the feeling of being rushed too. She very confidently knew what she was...

The room was noisy, the desk personal was not kind, hardly gave us information about the city/transport. The 'continental breakfast' was ridiculous, only corn flakes, coffe/juice, and toasts with jam. Is about 15 min by bus from the city centre, but for the same price, we found better options.

We stayed here once in the mid-80s and I don't think much has changed since. It was adequate and clean but would definitely benefit from a do-up. Maybe start with the over-bouncy bed and the sinking sofa. However, super handy for Newmarket.

I was put in the older motel style units. They are pretty run down, out-dated and dirty. There were a few no-hopers hanging around outside most of the night and you could hear everything from adjoining motel rooms. The carpark is very tight, I had a large ute which struggled to fit in the allocated parking spaces. I ordered fish...

Room was good size and clean and tidy. Noise was terrible!! Hardly got any sleep from the people in the next room, woman was laughing all night then the sex noise started up. All I can say was I was glad the kids weren't with us. But it was good walking distance to the train station and that suited us....

I was put in the older units which they shouldnt be using as motel, terrible noise control(you can hear people having sex at midnight), the toilet: the sink is filthy and the tap is leaky!, the light and the fan also blew off!. The car park on the older unit shouldnt used as its in a shoddy state. Also they...

Possibly the worst motel ever. I've stayed here once before and it was average. This time I was accommodated in a rickety old house separate from the main hotel. Room old musty and dark with no shampoo or soap. Had to go get that from reception. Car park is a disgraceful state with tiles hitting my car as I drove...

The motel was clean with free parking and well priced. Room well supplied with microwave & bar fridge. Wi fi available but had a bit of an issue trying to use more than one device at a time. Bathroom was modern and clean but shower pressure was appalling and many holes in shower head seemed to be blocked. No lift...

Simple reception desk. Service was quick. Surprisingly hotel room is spacious and equipped with heater, iron, tv etc. Parking is available and free. Value for money. The only disappointing thing is the check out time is 10 am!! We checked in late and requested for extension of time but not granted :(
