We were in New Zealand for two weeks, so I booked our entire stay at this hotel. Weekly rates were good, and even though we planned a four day trip around the north island, at least we could leave what we didn't need in the suite. The suite or room was about the size of a studio apartment but lacked...

We just stayed here for one night. 3 Adults, apartment with full amenities including full oven and laundry facilities. It would have been ideal for a longer stay. The rooms could do with a few repairs but for $140 per night I thought it was great value. Short walk to sky city and Viaduct. Lovely man on reception was very...

Booked in last minute for a 1 night stay. On returning in the evening saw a party going on above which did not bode well...... shouting from balcony to street below and the sound of occasional breaking glass, but that is bad luck on our part. The apartment is in desperate need of attention, paint peeling, holes in walls and...

Good points: Pretty comfortable, we had a good sleep and there was a cool flexible divider between the bedroom and lounge area. Service was good and the room was clean. Otherwise? The room was definitely in need of repairs, with a bit coming off the bottom of the oven (?) and the door to the balcony wouldn't close properly... there...

The recption area is very cramped, the undercover car park space is only suitable for the smallest of vehicles, and difficult to access.Excellent service from the very helpful duty manager. The studio apartment at first glance looked clean but proved otherwise, pots were encrusted with burnt on food, and not to acceptable hygiene standard, microvave interior very dirty and lots of food...

Stayed for one night last minute on our way up North, struggled to find reception then struggled to find someone to help us. Terrible service, room was tidy but nothing special, I don't think it was worth it's price when you compare it to others around the same price. I think it would helped if they dropped their rates to...

Booked in for 2 nights, didnt stay for the second night. Complained about room to reception but they were fully booked and not really interested. Room was dirty and in huge need of repairs, I complained to AA ratings that I had booked here based on their 4 star + rating but that it was awful. They were awesome and...

We recently stayed here for two nights in a two bedroom unit. It was adequate but not very spacious. With four people it was bit crowded. The reception staff were difficult to understand and not very well versed on the city. On a positive note, the views of the harbor were magnificent.

We stayed here for about 6 days and found that the location was excellent for getting around Auckland. When we arrived we received a complimentary upgrade to a two bedroom apartment on the 8th floor, which had a great corner window view of the city and was not too noisy from the main road. The apartment was a bit out-dated...
