This gorgeous, comfortable house has been beautifully renovated and cared for by the owners. On my arrival Marlene very generously up-graded me, at no extra cost, to an even more comfortable room than I had booked. Everything was immaculately clean, the bathroom positively shone, and even small details like the hint of lavender in the beautiful crisp white linen were...

We stayed at Eden Park B&B for the second time! Just as comfy and relaxing as it was 3 years ago. Everyone slept well and enjoyed their stay. Great rooms and bathrooms, free internet, awesome breakfast! Thanks Marlene and Tony and Mr Darcy

Highly recommend Eden Park B&B in Auckland, once again consistent with the cleanliness and hospitality. It is very nice, it is quiet and so clean. I was met by Tony at the airport as arranged, he was there waiting and it was no hassle, he is a gentlemen and lifted my bags into the van. The Blue Room is perfect...

This is truely a lovely place to stay. From the moment I was welcomed to the time of my departure I felt comfortable, safe and a little bit spoilt - all very important factors for a woman travelling solo. I would expect to pay alot more for such facilities and service - the breakfasts are magnificent! Thank you Marlene and...

(1) wonderful full (three-course) breakfast by owners (rarer and rarer in B&Bs); (2) beautifully restored and appointed (and comfortable) historic Victorian home; (3) great neighborhood to explore (restaurants, boutiques, hike up Mt. Eden); (4) great advice by owners on local attractions; (5) option of great "ghost tour" created, researched, and guided by owner (history, culture, and mystery -- it's all...

We spent 3 nights here at the end of January. Our room was lovely and the hosts were very helpful. Breakfasts were different every day and really good. Nice area with lots of local places to eat. Easy bus ride to the city.

We stayed for 5 nights and were made to feel completely at home. The bedroom was a little on the small side but this is more than offset by an excellent bathroom and a large guest lounge with free computer, TV, DVDs and very comfy chairs. Marlene cooks an excellent breakfast with something different every day. There are also chocolates...
