No wifi, smelly room, terrible food, half asleep and badly trained staff. Rooms noisy from the outside in. Vagrants at park across round make you feel unsafe. Not a nice place to stay, better at a back packers

In its time it was good but time has gone by and this old government converted building is needing a refurbish.
