Really enjoyed our stay. Beds really comfy, large room, plenty of space. Bathroom and kitchen a little dated but very clean and neat. Swimming pool and hot tube lovely. Staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.
I stayed at the Heartland for two nights. I left my Peter Alexander nightdress hanging on the back of the bathroom door while I showered. I realised after I left that I had not packed it. I called the hotel the next day to be told that no ‘lost property’ had been turned in by the cleaners. I also emailed the Hotel through their website. I have had no response from the Heartland at all. I would not recommend you stay here!
Nice place to stay, tidy and friendly staff. They also have swimming pool that you can relax 9am to 9pm. Lots of parking space inside the area. Its located near Pak&Save and Countdown if you decided to buy food.
Stayed here a few times. Very handy location. Pak n Save across the road. Has a pool and spa. Laundry. Parking outside the door. Fantastic pillows. Comfy beds. Family friendly for those with kids. Super friendly staff and good value compared to others.
For the price we paid for for 4 adult females, we would definitely expect more than 1 toilet roll in the room. They have a pool and spa but only provide bare minimum towels, so you have to go and find someone to ask for them. No robes available for guests, We are obviously expected to drink water from the bathroom tap as there was no other tap in the room but they provided a kettle to boil the bathroom water. We added breakfast on to our stay, which I wished we hadn’t & just gone into town. The buffet wasn’t a buffet at all, I counted 4-5 options available. Scrambled eggs, baked beans, tiny sausages, hash browns. For the price we paid to stay for 1 night, wouldn’t recommend sue to charging well over normal price with no added extras. The only up side to our stay was we could check out at 12pm for no added fee. …
I had to travel to Hamilton unexpectedly die to a family health emergency and at 11pm at night was searching for accommodation with no success. When I explained my predicament the motel managers said he would contact a guest who hadn't arrived. Fortunately, the room was not needed and I was able to take it. I am extremely grateful that at such a late hour the hotel was willing to help me out. Service the next morning was excellent too.
The location of this hotel is great with a supermarket across the the street. The service is fantastic and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom.... could do with some upgrading. The shower is inside a slippery bath with the shower head positioned at a level with my throat. No power connectors in the bathroom and no sink in the kitchen either. Also I expected to be staying on a higher floor but the hotel seems to be composed of two buildings, one motel like and the other a high floor apartment like in the advertised photos. Still a good place to stay but needs a little bit of a spruce up.
Very nice place to stay, the staff were awesome and the rooms were lovely and big. The pillows were the best I have ever slept on. The room was very quiet, and had every convenience that I should have required
Greeted by Pleasant efficient staff. Very clean. There is a lift which was good.. Just let down slightly by the bathroom could do with an up grade. Even just painting the bathroom door would improve the appearance.as it was rather chipped. I would stay again.
Very average motel, and certainly not a hotel. No air conditioning, dated furnishings, and certainly not like portrayed in the pictures. For $230 a night, I expected better. Central location great though.
