I can not understand why this is classified as a 4 star motel. This is our 4th motel in the last week, the filthiest and most under provided out of the 4 but the most expensive. No one to greet you at reception. You have to ring a number and they will come when THEY are ready. Not very friendly. No milk, no bath mat, no face cloths, no dish cloth. Two towels, two flat pillows and filthy dirty. Two quarter rolls of toilet paper. When I asked for more, the response was, we are running low on supplies. We did get more toilet paper and a couple more towels to use as bath mats. The room was dark and gloomy. The only light switch was by the front door so after you turned it off, you had to try and find the bed. Thankfully I travel with a torch. At $140 per night, they should be able to purchase more if they are running low. The cleaning cart sat in the same position for the 2 days we were there. Rooms definitely not serviced daily. The grounds are full of rubbish, weeds and long grass. I asked about returning the key on checkout as no one is normally at reception and was told to throw it through the window. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.…

Cold, dark room with badly stained carpets and stunk of air freshener trying to mask the cigarette smoke smell. Broken heater also made for a dismal night. Service barely adequate, couldn’t even be bothered to show me to the room. Could not recommend at all

Unbelievably terrible. Room mis advertised. Stunk of smoke. Did not stay. Owner refused to refund despite promising to after showing a room at another complex which also smelt of smoke and then tried to add costs to this room. Refuses to respond to emails from Booking.com requesting refund as did not stay and hangs up if you ring her and is a bully. One of the worst motelliers in the world. Steals money through third parties. Booked the motel only an hour before. Just stay away!

The room was nice but I woke to have no hot water for a shower 😫 . Very disappointing and when I rang lady was oh sorry you share with next door room and they must have used all the hot water. Not good enough!! I asked for a discount and she agreed to give me a $40 discount but I am still waiting #$*!@. Very untidy grounds surrounding it.

Stayed in the business room was great bed could be bigger and better. Other than that was good. Staff ok. I asked for another towel was told still in dryer i will bring one to u never saw it. Also when got there they could not find booking.

Very clean and comfortable, easy acces to everything and no hassle for checking in and the check out. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this motel and would definitely go back again when we can.

The room was clean and tidy, mould on the curtains, pots and dry pan were disgusting still had food stuck on the bottom, hot water was warm to fill the spa and there was no smoke alarm, just the base on the ceiling.

No electric Blankets hair in the sink Kitchen and bath room sink and shower. The room had a bad smell. It also need a overall good clean. I had to ask where the room was as directions not offered. Also need to request a receipt as not sent.

Absolute KAKA hole, used for emergency housing. ROOM 27....broken bed...STILL, mould all over the ceiling, the walls and bedside drawer looks like it’s been used as a chopping board. Rubbish and cigarette butts out the back window, place stunk like a public toilet when we walked in, soon realised it was masking the stale smoke smell. For $219 per night you’d hope for a lot better! Don’t trust the photos on there website!

I had booked an overnight stay 30th April 2021. However did NOT stay there, It was disgusting. My daughter and I were given room 27, just opening the front door we could smell a foul odor, which continued throughout the unit. When I went to open the back bedroom window for fresh air, I saw the grass area was littered with rubbish, empty bottles and a USED TAMPON!! YUCK!! the master bed was broken, if you lie on it, you rolled. The ceiling above bed was dirty, mouldy looking and the walls in the whole unit were dirty. There were flies everywhere. Did somebody die in there? My 13yr old daughter with me has asthma and could not stay in the room for long. We opened windows and went out for a while. Came back and still the same smell, so we had to leave and pay for another motel. The motel we went to a few door down said they often have people from Aspen call them not wanting to stay there. Why do they continue to run this motel? I would not let my pet dogs stay in this motel. Nobody was around to talk to at reception, so we left and threw the key in the window.
