The Nautilus may have that older Art Deco feel from the outside but the room I stayed in was very well appointed. The hotel is central (near most all of the other hotels and shopping and eateries in Napier), it had good parking, and the people were very kind and helpful. Possibly the most important highlight was the restaurant. I...

A very nice well equipped, clean suite with a balcony over looking the Pacific Ocean just across the road. The road can be a bit noisy but with the balcony doors closed and the air conditioning on it did not deter from a good nights sleep. We would probably stay here again.

We enjoyed our night at The Nautilus Napier on 12th April 2017. The apartment was large with a big bathroom, a spa bath & quality amenities. We were on the ground floor, in room 105, but we still had a lovely view of the bay. Our room rate included breakfast, which was order from the menu. Sarah in reception was...

Good location for exploring Napier as it's walking distance to the main shopping area. Nice view of the sea and very clean. Quite noisy with traffic on the main road, alot more big trucks then I was expecting. Bed was ok but quite hard. Nice spa bath.

Booked a last minute room at The Nautilus and wish we stayed longer than just 1 night. Very clean, tidy, spacious apartment with a relaxing spa and soundproof walls. Male receptionist was lovely, along with the chef and waitress in the restaurant who were very accomodating during and unfortunate power cut. Couldn't fault a thing and hope to stay again...

Nice place, good tidy room and a separate bedroom. Good sized shower too plus a spa bath. Very small kitchen but that wasn't a problem for us. So nice to sit out on the balcony and look across Marine Parade. Easy walk to the local restaurants & Cafes and into the city Centre and of course the busy Marine parade...

We stayed here for one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. From the outside, you wonder just what you're going to but once we were in the room, it was lovely! The receptionist wasn't very helpful and not at all welcoming. There is no passenger lift, but there is a baggage lift, although it creaks and groans so...

This is a lovely hotel. Our room overlooked the beachfront, which was beautiful. Both the room and bathroom were clean. Large shower and wonderful spa bath... great relaxing stop on our North Island Trip. Would definitely return.

We received a warm welcome by Suzanne and were allocated a spa room with ocean views through folding doors opening up to a furnished balcony. Suzanne also advised us to try the adjacent fish & chips shop and eat dinner on the balcony and it was very good and was lowest price we paid for a meal in New Zealand...
