This place was awesome. Tracey, the owner, was so friendly and helpful. The pools were lovely, room service was excellent, facilities excellent and my boys absolutely loved that all the games in the games room were free of charge. A very family friendly place, safe for children and close to shops and the rest of the Hawkes Bay. Thank you, Asure Colonial.

Motel with a real family feel and like a home away from home. Staff are friendly and helpful. Units are spacious and comfortable - we had a one bedroom unit that had wall bed in the lounge which was great to free up room. Lots of family facilities like pool with a slide, spa pool (new !), games room with pool table, table tennis, playstation. To make laundry easier they even have a large clothes line out the back and smaller airing racks. They really think of everything. Gloucester St is quite busy but you don't hear traffic noise. Very handy to Taradale shops, New World and Anderson Park and 10 minute drive to Napier city. Plenty of off street parking.

Fab motel everything i needed for a stay with my two grandsons aged 5 and 4 heated pool , spa pool , games room , kids play area , trampoline we loved our stay 😀 Apartment 2 bedrooms was was very comfortable good kitchen facilities towels and pool towels provided

I stayed 2 nights, On arrival I was welcomed by Anna a lovely vibrant lady. Room was exceptional, it had all the mod cons to make you comfortable and they certainly did that. I highly recommend the ASURE motel to any traveler to Napier, I'm ooking forward to my next visit.

My partner n I stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it ...The Owners/Staff were friendly , even going the extra mile by sending an item I stupidly left behind back to me, which I really appreciated.. The Full English breakfast delivered to our room was beautiful. Games room n Spa to relax in, gosh we were in Paradise, and all in close proximity to Taradale shops and some great walks . Also with Napier n Hastings close by ...Cant wait to return again

How lovely is this place! Super homely, superb greeting and the cutest note in the room, hand-written on the note pad telling me to have a great stay! The room is clean, homely and inviting. Surrounded by other similar style cottages, you almost feel like you're in a village. Lovely gardens, facilities - totally recommend!

Loved staying here and the Hostess with the mostess, She was absolutely awesome.
