The Quest is a converted art deco building in Napier. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, after the upgrade to a one bedroom suite. Although it was probably more than we needed as we were there for just one night. The bedroom is separated from the lounge/kitchenette by a set of sliding doors. The Kitchenette has a two element...

Quest is positioned right in the central city close to all restaurants and shops. It is a short walk to the beach front. The apartment style accommodation was in excellent condition, nicely modernised with all utilities including a dish washer and all cooking equipment required for short or long stays. I was a little disappointed with the bed, although it...

Well priced accommodation right in the city and close to supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Large room that was very well equipped, modern and clean. Balcony off our room would have been great to utilize if it was sunny.

This was easily the best accommodation package we experienced while recently visiting New Zealand. Both price, convenience, cleanliness and service were faultless although it would’ve been nice to have a second pillow (but we never asked).

During our first visit to New Zealand we stayed for a week at Quest Napier and made a number of short trips in the Hawkes Bay area. Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and had a good experience from check-in at arrival until check-out!! Clean and comfortable rooms and well equipped kitchen. Nearby shops, restaurants and supermarket.

I used to stay here quite a bit up until changing roles 3 years ago. When we arrived we were greeted by Fiona and it was like I'd stayed there a week ago - top team here! Rooms were still top notch and didn't show any signs of wear and tear. If given he opportunity I know Fiona and Ruben...

I had booked the Quest upon recommendation of colleague and I was very pleased. Very accommodating staff as had to postpone room twice due to road closures. Nice and clean room just suited my business purpose. All facilities ready to cook in yr room and lots of eateries near by

Great location in the middle of town, and right by the Saturday markets. Very friendly and welcoming staff, happy to help out in any way. Cheap and plentiful breakfast basket was a great option. Rooms were not fancy in any way but were well maintained and comfortable. Would definitely return again.

Very basic rooms with not much space to move around. Position is ok given that the center of Napier is pretty small anyway and everything is within walking distance. Staff friendly and supportive. Parking in the hotel but you need to book in advance.

A fairly plain room but comfortable and well equipped. VERY helpful friendly staff. Quest is close to the centre of the city and all the wonderful Art Deco buildings. Free parking is a bonus. We had to get help to use the car lift up to the first floor of the underground car park!
