Nothing special, clean and quiet but not as much character as you'd expect from a Napier hotel. TV was oddly small, and very quiet. Had to use our own speaker... Nice to have a dishwasher and the shower was okay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, altogether quite pleasant but having stayed in a variety of places on North Island,...

We were a group of 5 adults and shared adjoining rooms. This hotel is clean, a good location, staff are friendly and even though we were on the 1st floor it was very quiet. This hotel is would be good for tourists and business travellers. Nothing bad to say, it was a good choice for a one night stay in...

We weren't overly impressed with Quest Napier. The room was large and clean however the bathroom was small and pokey. The shower was small and poorly designed, which meant water went all over the bathroom floor when you showered. The shower nozzle was dirty and blocked up. The holder that the shower head went into in was also broken and...

We had a perfectly adequate room - nothing special, no major problems. We were planning to watch a DVD but the DVD player ate our DVD and wouldn't eject it. As it was after reception hours, we waited until the next morning when the helpful reception staff member took apart the DVD player to extract our DVD.

We arrived after hours. Room was clean and tidy. TV looked like a TV only smaller. Toilet was clean however shower head was rather loose but functional. Basic kitchenette and amenities. Quiet street hence a quiet nice sleep, police station right across the street. We didn't get a good view though but it was alright. Not bad.

We stayed at the Quest in Napier, New Zealand a couple of months ago. We found it to be very comfortable and clean. Everything you wanted. Lovely bathroom. Comfy beds. Even a small car park underground. The only disappointing thing was it was advertised with a balcony. Yes there was a balcony. Not very big. It had a small table...

Quest is a centrally located, comfortable and modern hotel located in a beautiful historic building. The rooms were large and clean with all mod cons. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable.

Arrived 6pm and were greeted like we were the only people there and were special - made so welcome, escorted to our room and to the carparking. The reception lady was exemplary. The room was spacious, exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed and more. The location was great too - only about a block to the marina. All for...

We drove a hire car from Auckland to Napier and stayed for 5 nights in a very comfortable first floor room in the older section of the building. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable too. The accommodation is only a short walk to the downtown area and beach side. We found the staff friendly...
