We stayed on Saturday as we had a discounted grabone deal. Initial impressions were good. The lobby/ check in area is large and clean and the lady who checked us in is lovely. The pool and breakfast area is nice and we would have spent time there if the weather was nicer. The deal we had was for a premium...

The resort is large with many rows of rooms but access may be tough for certain people because of the tight walkways. It is located next to YHA and a few night spots and a liquor store if that's your thing. Back to the rooms, the carpet feels a bit worn down, the outdoor lights don't turn on early enough,...

Our room was great we booked online and were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. Had a King size bed and two singles. Problem is the mattresses are very firm, so if you have a bad back this may be a challenge. Lovely sitting area on back garden. Little tired inside the room could use some updating. Our...

The room was nice and cheap. Very tidy. No room service and complimentary breakfast but only between 7am and 9am. No balcony on room. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner was very poor quality. Close to bars and shops, all within walking distance.

Easy to find in a good location just out of town away from noise and traffic. Ample parking with allocated bays. Nice and comfortable bed, king size, very clean and cleaned every day. Easy check in with plenty of info from receptionist. Only gripe was the place had no bar a nightcap after coming back from town would have been...

In amongst a host of other hotels of varying quality.Providing good accommodation.Easy level walk to town centre. We were located in an annex justice down the road slightly away from the main building but quite OK.Wi-Fi was a free but a little difficult to connect the best signal was the one in Chinese.

The entire resort was not clean and needed serious work. The staff was not helpful, except for the breakfast team who tried to accommodate all. The sidewalks to hillside rooms were dangerous. Definitely not a place for anyone with mobility problems. Our room had two steps to living space from bed area. About six steps down to reach door--no lift....

The location of the hotel is ideal only a very short walk into the town , the lady at reception was extremely informative pointing out places that we must visit which we did , and gave us a very warm welcome and tour of the grounds . The slight negatives are in our opinion like some others have commented on...

We stayed here for three nights as part of our New Zealand tour. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a small balcony to give some outdoor space. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Didn't take advantages of the many amenities but there was lots to do if you had time - pool, spa, sauna, tennis courts. The location...
