we booked 2 units next to each other on a trip to the BOI . they were quite small but had everything we needed for the stay. We enjoyed the outdoor spa pool, although initially the chlorine was a little over powering . the bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay

Ideal location in a quiet road, our groundfloor unit was adequately equipped and furnished with a double and single bed; settee, table and 2 chairs. Good sized fridge for self-catering. Excellent shower. Casa Bella is an ideal base with space to park the car outside the unit. We were in Paihia to see the Bay of Islands and take a...

We spent three nights here last weekend and loved the place. Clean, comfy, well appointed kitchen, separate lounge with TV/DVD player and even a sofa! We visited the Bay of Island to cycle the Coast to Coast Trail, and believe it or not, I forgot to bring my cycle helmet! Not a problem, the owner lent me one of his!...

Visited here with friends as part of a walking group. Shopped around for pricing on booking.com and found a good rate discount at $380 for three nights. The motel is old however it is being maintained in very good condition, Immaculate as far as cleanliness. Staff friendly. The King size bed very comfortable. Cutlery and crockery was limited to two...

I'm on my last night at the casa Bella motel. We have stayed three days and found this motel completely adequate and very good value. Check in was a breeze and we were given a room towards the back of the lot with its own dedicated park out front. The room is clean and well appointed if quite dated and...

We enjoyed our stay, room spacious, bed very comfortable. Kitchenette very well equpped with more than enough to enable some self catering if you wish. Best of all, a very modern light and bright bathroom, great supply of hot water and powerful water pressure for shower. A fan supplied for cooling, maybe air con could be a useful addition, as...

Spent a few nights at Case Bella in Pahia. Quiet area, friendly hosts, comfy and spacious room. Free use of a kayak which was great fun around the Bay. Host even wheeled it to and from the beach for us. All you need in the unit for a self catering holiday. One block from the beach and only a short...

Spent three nights here. Motel is very clean and tidy. It is in a quiet street, but an easy walk to cafes etc. Our son loved the pool and going for a paddle in the kayak. Would return and stay again if we get the chance.

We had a family room, which was clean and comfortable! This Motel has an appealing swimming pool abet small and guests may also use the tennis court next door, there is also a spa but we didn't use that Location is located away from the main street yet only a 5/10 minute easy walk to the waterfront and downtown Paihia....

My husband and I together with four other friends were very pleased with this property and Gary was extremely generous and allowed us to leave one day earlier than we had booked for which was much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he gave us some very good advice with regards tours etc. Thank you Gary for...
