It was a rainy weekend and the fan heater was going the whole time, luckily we also has a comfy bed and a big TV with Sky channels to keep us occupied in the evening as well as free WiFi. the room was clean, comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were well looked after and we got filter coffee and a...

We stayed in the middle of winter and it rained all weekend, I understand that Paihia is very seasonal but the reception staff were unable to recommend a single activity to do on a wet weekend in Paihia.. Also the spa was out of order.

Unfortunately Paihia is not like Auckland. We don't have malls, museums and movie theatres to go to, so there is nothing to do when it's raining except sit in a bar or cafe.

I didn't want a place on the main road so this was perfect. Booked in advance and was very pleased when I arrived. Excellent rooms for a good price - better than I thought it would be. Good hosts. So pleasant to stay here that I booked an extra night. Recommend.

We recently spent two nights here and were most impressed - spotlessly clean, lovely hosts, spacious room, every facility you could wish for - even soap powder supplied in the laundry! Inexpensive so great value for money - and just a short walk to waterfront. Well done and thank you Gary and Jocelyn.

Stayed 2 nights here and enjoyed our stay. Owners, Gary & Jocelyn, were very friendly and the service was excellent. Room was clean, wifi is free, location is perfect. We would definitely stay again, and will recommend this motel to family & friends.

we booked this motel as we thought it looked really nice and we weren't disapointed, There were 4 of us adults ,we all agreed we struck lucky, very near to the seafront and shops/restaurants, spotlessly clean, lovely pool and beautiful flowers and shrubs outside. would not hesitate to stay there again if ever we visit New Zealand again.

Previous reviews say it all really. Casa Bella caters for the travellers passing through. It is cheap (for this tourist hot spot) clean, well provided for and has all the functional amenities you need. The room was clean, the room was well-equipment, the wi-fi was free - and worked and there was a parking space allocated to the room. Easy...

We could not fault this place. Perfect for us and the kids. Great location, easy stroll into town or for shopping. Immaculate condition, so clean and well organised. We loved the pool and spa as well. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

We stayed at Casa Bella at the start of our honeymoon. Gary was kind enough to have a bottle of bubbly chilling in the fridge on our arrival. We had a queen room which was big and airy with a comfortable bed. Everything in the room was clean and the shower was hot and powerful. Less than a 5 minute...

On arrival we thought Casa Bella had very good 'kerb appeal' compared to other properties in the area. My first impression of our room was that it lacked style and the fixtures and fittings were dated. However the place was spotless, had a very comfy bed and a super shower. There is no a/c but we were able to obtain...
