Very nice & clean & a spacious room, it had all the amenities you need. Really close walk to the centre of town & all the bars & restaurants. The laundry facilities are a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

A great location and beautifully run motel. The rooms are wonderful and are equipped with everything we needed. we had an amazing view! Be sure to try out the Thai and Indian restaurant a stone's throw away!

We arrived to find a well appointed room with separate bedroom. Gorgeous view of the sea and within easy walking distance of the ferry and shops. The owners were lovely and very helpful. The room cost was a little bit expensive, but still reasonable considering the unit was of a high quality and it's a very popular holiday destination.

Nice, spacious room with comfortable bed, full kitchen and barbecue. The people who run it are really nice - Lynn asked if I was doing any tours and phoned the tour operator for me to confirm the pickup time.

We were in a one bedroom facing the water, very pretty. However, the road noise, as it is in fact a major arterial to the north, was loud even with all doors to the balcony closed. It did obviously lessen at night. One little annoyance was an external light outside the bedroom stays on all through the night for "security...

Hi Noel W Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our motel. All waterfront accommodation providers have the road adjacent to their properties but given it being New Year and the town was full, the road noise would have been exacerbated. We appreciate your feedback. On the rates comment I tend to disagree as Waterfront suites...

We had a sea view unit for 3 nights for our family of four. The location is great, a very short walk to the pier and restaurants. Our unit (no5) was fabulous with both rooms having breathtaking views. The unit was modern, fresh, comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. I would happily stay again and no doubt will. It is...

OK we had the best room (8) on the second floor corner with lounge views of the bay and the pier and bedroom view of the bay across to Russell. The pictures show the view you will wake up to. The family run hotel is very friendly and we were touched to be given a box of chocolates on Christmas...

Outstanding hotel on the edge of town in Paihia, close to ferry, shopping and restaurants yet in a relatively quiet and lovely setting with gardens just outside the sliding glass doors overlooking the Bay. We enjoyed the stylish, modern and very clean furnishings; the kitchen and bath were well-designed and attractive. Our hosts assisted with activities and we very much...

We were in Room 15, which was very clean and quiet. The view was hard to handle. The room consisted of a bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen, dining and living area. There was a balcony you could sit out on. The motel was easy walking distance to shops and ferry terminal. The managers gave some good suggestions on ferry trips...

This is a great place to stay to see the Bay of Islands, the wharf that the various cruises and ferries leave from is just across the road and the friendly staff can arrange the booking for you if, as we did, you arrive after the main office for the cruises has closed. The hotel is modern and new, with...
