The amenities are run down and old. There was weeds everwhere and the gardens are overgrown. The pool area had cracks in the tiles in the shade sale was full of mold. You would think someone would have just sprayed some 30 sec's mould remover...but no. We were led to beleive the place was a 'resort' and was shocked when...

If you are looking for a private appartment for a comfortable family stay than this is the best place I guess. We stayed here for a week on our trip to South and Paihia. Rooms are good and there is plenty of extra space to keep your luggage and pets. The environment around is extremely peaceful wich makes your stay...

Just stayed here for 7 nights in 307 with friends over New Year. The location is great and only a 20 minute stroll to town (up and over a hill). The apartment has everything you need (except a BBQ) and you get access to a lovely pool. My only feedback would be that it needs a good clean. We also...

This is not a hotel or motel these are private apartments and therefore there is no management and it is against the rules for owners to offer lets for less than 3 nights ! . So beware an offer for less may not be legitimate!.

We were there through the NZ Labour long weekend. the accommodation was quite at night and only 5 min drive to the festival by car. I walked from our apartment to city centre every morning (I am an early-riser) and it took...

We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for 2 couples and the apartment had everything we could have wanted. Paul and Barbara who manage the apartment were so lovely to deal with from initial booking to the stay. Great pool and aircon! Highly recommend and definately will be back.

This was our second stay at the Bridgewater. We stayed four years ago. Had a much nicer apartment this time which improved our stay. We had a two bedroom as we were staying longer and wanted the extra room. It was quiet and we enjoyed watching the changing tides out front where there is a tidal river emtering the Bay....

The previous reviews have said it all - these are fabulous apartments and beautifully equipped. As they are all individually owned but managed by one company, it's worth checking certain things such as whether there is internet access or SKY (ours had neither but wasn't too huge a problem) They all have balconies, and there is a view, but not...

Superbly furnished apartment just outside the main Paihia town - copule of minute drive or 15 minute walk. Absolutely spectacular accommodation with fantastic views. Loved it and would definitely return if lucky enough to visit New Zealand again.
