Vivien welcomes you with a huge smile and takes you to your room with a quick tour of the facilities. We had a lovely room with an ensuite that looked out on to the main road. Surprisingly quiet. Viv handed over a set of keys and gave us tips on when to go and see different attractions, the handy knowledge...

W had 2 nights here and it was a perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. The Redwoods Forest is a couple of minutes away and everything else is a short drive. Vivien was incredibly helpful with suggestions of what to do and booked our restaurants and excursions for us, all of which we were really happy with. Thanks for...

We had a fantastic two night stay here and really loved it. Location is excellent, near to all the sites, and the redwood forest, literally in the b&b's backyard, is not to be missed. The host Vivian was tremendously generous and helpful. Highly recommended. We will be back.

We had a 2 night stay with Vivien at her B&B and it was wonderful! Our room was serene and spotless with beautiful walk out to deck and sitting area. Vivien helped us to plan the sites taking into consideration our limited time in Rotorua. She made reservations for us and even provided a detailed map of each site. Her...

The room was perfect for what we needed, well located and clean. Vivien shared lots of local knowledge which made selecting our activities much easier. We had a great...

Vivian was not only a gracious host with a beautiful B&B but a wealth of knowledge about the area. The location was perfect for an easy walk to the Redwoods and a short drive downtown. Her suggestions for activities and restaurants were spot on. My husband and I came as guests and left as friends.

Just a little way outside main town. Very pleasant room. Delightful host who was very knowledgeable about area and provided us with excellent itinerary for the day and recommendation for one of best meals we had whilst in New Zealand. Did a load of washing for us. Because of time we arrived host unable to greet us but left key...

Much of Rotorua smells of rotten eggs - this place, on the outskirts yet only 5 mins drive from the centre, was therefore peaceful & in fresh air. The room was spotless, with a little deck over the garden; breakfast was anything we liked. Vivien was most welcoming, and gave us plenty of ideas (but not too much) on things...
