However, it's a geothermal zone, so that's expected. Good pool . Good restaurant. Clean, but it is showing some age. The ac worked . The lobby was welcoming. It was within walking distance of town and a grocery store.

Stayed in a club room which was very nice with a couple of complimentary drinks and nibbles each evening. Breakfast was a bit disappointing being served in multiple rooms meaning food was left out for long periods. Hotel had a strong sulphur smell which a a trait of Rotorua with the thermal springs everywhere in the town. Bar was pleasant...

We spent a night in this hotel and wished we could stay longer. Great old hotel, beautiful rooms and a wonderful pool, spa and gym. Close to everything and we got a great rate. The kids loved it here.

I worked in this hotel when it originally opened as a Hyatt managed hotel in 1984. Thirty years on and it is showing some signs of aging despite renovations. The hot water system is fantastic - no shortage of hot water. The accommodation is standard and comfortable and it is close to the CBD - 2 blocks walk. Some of...

I have stayed at this Hotel on a couple of occasions and both times I have had a lake view room. The lake view rooms are well appointed and quiet and also have a small balcony. The rooms are not huge but comfortable (the rooms are standard size for this type of Hotel). This Hotel is part of the Millennium...

This is a great central place to stay in Rotorua with both good conference facilities and ethnic tourist related themes. My party did have one small issue with our evening meal but the staff were so great in resolving the issue it is hard to be critical. Must mention the team on reception who were so friendly and helpful it...

A bi difficult in mornings at front entrance when large coaches took up a substantial amount of room but that is to be expected. one disabled parking place that I...

We stayed at this hotel as we were walking the Rotorua marathon - it was very close to the start/finish line, and offered a special rate for people doing the marathon. The hotel was easy to find, clean and tidy, and did a great buffet breakfast. It has a heated pool (a bit tepid for our tastes at this time...

Now I am only basing this off of other places I stayed at in New Zealand but this hotel (or at least our room) seemed to be the most dated and in need of some renovation. I am not sure why it seems there was a loud fan running in the walls all the time. It was quite loud and...

No wifi in our room after repeatedly asking for someone to fix it we gave up. They still charged us for it even though they knew we couldn't use it. We were meant to have a lake view and when I called reception the lady said they could move us for an extra $45 even though I had booked a...
