Good and bad here. But had to rate below average. Paid way too much as a person staying on their own. Next door was 30% cheaper. Bed comfortable with a new heat pump to keep you warm. Reception dude was friendly but sterile. Explained about TV channels that was very complicated. Only four sky channels!! Place is very tired looking....

We were quite happy with this refuge in the rain. The rooms are big and clean. There is a whirlpool in the bathroom, the bed is comfortable and the kitchenette is fully equipped. Within 15 min walk one direction you are at supermarkets and 15 minutes the other way you reach Te Puia. It's 5 minutes by car or 30...

There was nothing wrong with this motel at all. The rooms are huge and spotless. The bed is comfortable, there is a spa in the bathroom and the kitchenette is fully equipped. It is a 15 min walk to supermarkets and 30 mins to the i-site in central Rotorua. It is also 15 min walk to Te Puia. The couple...

On arrival we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was 2 levels including a spa bath. The bathroom was huge. The wifi was super fast and strong. The beds were really comfortable, my husband said it was the best bed he had slept in on our month long holiday. Large kitchenette, dining room, lounge room with pull out...

Nice room - split on 2 floors; big - but expensive. Also - if you stay for more than 1 night; unlike other places - they won't change your bedsheets/clean the room (why do we therefore pay full price?) When I asked; the lady seemed angry that I asked and said - it's in our book? Err - ok; but...

Stayed here with my father when we returned to our home town for a soccer club reunion and we could not have had better service. We were well treated and would highly recommend. Paul and Marie were the best!!!

We had spent one night here which was good. Near to other motels and tu punia. 2 bed rooms clean and tidy but they look a bit old. Still recommend it if you want a bigger space with 2 separate bed rooms for your family.

Stayed here for 8 weeks while I was working in Rotorua. The motel is excellent value for money, is very spacious and has all that is needed. The hostess was very accommodating and service was great. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
