Stayed here because I remember staying as a kid (don't ask). Just as I remembered, really nice and comfortable, pools are great and owners try really hard to make your stay enjoyable. Excellent value and very clean. I loved my stay and happy to recommend to all.

Our two night stay was very pleasant and the hotel was clean with free unlimited internet. It was a good value, but don't expect the Ritz. The staff were really friendly and helpful and gave us some good advice. We wish that we had time to try out the pool, which looked really nice but our days were pretty packed....

I stayed here for 2 nights. The room is very clean and spacious. The owners were friendly and they even provided discount voucher. The location is great. There’s a supermarket cross the street. The most important thing to me is Free & “Unlimited” WIFI. When booking the hotel, I always make sure the hotel provides free wifi. In New Zealand,...

This was the second motel we stayed in on our 10 day trip around New Zealand. The motel was in need of refreshing. The decor and plumbing was old fashioned and institutional. The bed was really soft. The location however was good but restaurants shut early in the evening.

We stayed here two nights during our holiday in New Zealand. Our room was clean and spacious. The motel is handily placed for all the attractions in Rotorua. The owners were very helpful and offered discount vouchers to various attractions.

The motel was clean and within walking distance to the town center and attractions such as the Rotorua Museum, Eat Street and Polynesian Spa. The hotel was also located next to a shopping complex and supermarket which for us was very convenient. We particularly enjoyed the two mineral pools and heated swimming pool at the motel. The manager was most...

Our agent booked us into this motel and I wish they hadn't. The only good thing I can say is that it was clean. The unit was very dated, the fittings were old and tired and cream painted breeze blocks are plain depressing. As others have said it was very hot and there was no air con or fan. The...

Yes the room was dated and no air conditioning but it was clean and the people we're friendly. I think a little overpriced for it's age but decent size rooms. Easy walk to the town. Would I stay again yes if was cheaper.

Best thing was the location. Parked the car after activities out all day, then could easily walk to shops, restaurants and supermarket across the road. Good budget accommodation for a family. New owner was friendly and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked, although we never cooked. Mineral spa baths and heated pool were great. Only negative was the shower base made...
