Booked online for two twin beds. Got to the room to discover one bed. Reception staff stated because the booking was under one name they assumed one person one bed even though the booking was clearly two people two beds. They then said no other rooms were available and house keeping would need to fix the room, should only take...

The room was quite big and comfortable, the air-conditioning talked to you at times during the night, the service was between the other side of okay and pretty exceptional depending on who you dealt with. The ground floor view of the car park was a little carparkish given the tremendous outlook on offer on the other side of the hotel....

Well appointed rooms, tidy modern and clean. Great water views. Very friendly and professional staff. I did find the restaurant behaved 5 star and was priced at 5 star rates but for our meals at least was not very good. The portions were very small, great if you have an eating disorder or have a movie star role coming up...

I stay here for work. It's on the water front and a very short walk to shops. It feels a little more upmarket than usual. Some might say it's sterile but I always feel like I'm staying in a nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern. I live the heated floors in the bathrooms. It is pricey but I'd...

One night in Trinity Wharf Hotel which was just as well as, for me, it was not the best. We had a ground floor room described as a "Superior" twin - later we discovered all twin rooms were thus called (nothing to distinguish one from another). The room was stuffy, not fresh as there were no opening windows which was...

I originally booked the wrong night, only realising my mistake when asked to review my stay by trip advisor. I contacted the hotel who were very kind and let me change it without charging me. Very kind! Nice hotel. Lovely spot!

This hotel is fairly new, right on the waterfront inTauranga, close to the older part of town. A reasonably easy walk along the water front to the shops and restaurants - about 20 minutes. Our comfortable standard room over-looked the water, and had a good bed, great bathroom - with heated tile floor! OK for size - not huge, but...

A group of us visited Trinity Wharf for high tea. Our first surprise was to be told there would be no teapots as they didn't have enough. Most of us were horrified but continued with our cups, tea bag and hot water. The food was ok for the price but arrived well after we had been given the hot water...

Great Hotel with nice relaxed feel. Close drive to all amenities of Tauranga and the Mount. Restaurant is good for dinner and the view is spectacular. Breakfast is standard buffet fare. Room was very clean and tidy and would recommend the Suites to anyone. Also the view is amazing, like being on a ship.
