There was nothing wrong with this hotel, but there was nothing particularly memorable about it, either, except how difficult it was to get into some of the parking spots in the garage. We skipped breakfast because it was expensive. The room was fine, the wi-fi was fine.

We were here when the earthquake happened. True that the hotel was earthquake proof and were asked by first responders (police and fireman) to stay inside the hotel while they assessed the damage outside the surrounding buildings. All hotel guests were then left with no choice than to eat all their meals at their restaurant. The hotel could have given... More

Staff at the front desk where very helpful and friendly, evening staff in the restaurant where very nice, breakfast on the morning was good. Room was nice had everything I needed, the only problem I had was the shower that kept changing temperature in the morning that led to a very unpleasant morning getting burnt.

My impression about Ibis group hotel changed after staying in this beautiful hotel on 5th nov 2016 ( Room No. 610). First time saw that Ibis hotel rooms are so spacious. I cant forget my horrible stay in Ibis, Paris Porte d orleans, Ibis singapore. These hotels room were very very cramped, stone faced receptionist. But this Ibis hotel is... More

Brilliant staff make a business. Well done Ibis, you've got some good eggs working for you! I got my high floor request fulfilled, and they even packed me a breakfast on the go when I checked out at an ungodly hour. No fitness centre is let down but, it didn't affect my stay at all: fitness nuts there's a beautiful... More

Just had a four night stay for work trip. Business room so lots of space but lighting not great. I would stay again if travelling a budget holiday but not for business. I had a room right by elevator and it was very noisy. I am not a particularly light sleeper but was disturbed by guests arriving late and leaving... More

Not 3 star quality! Small grubby room. Window doesn't open, no water or internet available in the room. Quite expensive and breakfast not included. Small uncomfortable lobby I wouldn't recommend this hotel or use it again

Ibis hotel in Featherston Street is easy to access by motor vehicle from the motorway. Although in this instance I was unsure if the easy route would be open due to the recent earthquakes in the area. Fortunate not problem. The staff are always friendly, I do make point in thanking those who make my stay a pleasure and that... More

The Ibis is right in the heart of Wellington. There is a nice in house Restuarant and bar. The Staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are basic and 919 is quite small and compact. Great location. Great food and a nice wine bar
