Perfectly located in the heart of the city, walking distance for everything! Rooms are spacious, floor 10 is quiet. Televisions need to be updated, rooms definitely need aircon though, extremely warm even during March, summer would be unbearable!

Thank you for your review. The location is indeed great and the reason many choose to stay with us, it’s so much easier to walk than drive! Unfortunately we don’t have air conditioning at this time but we can provide fans for our guests, you can just ask the reception for them. We hope to welcome you back for your...

The airport shuttle bus was only $9 to the Manners St Willis St bus stop, just a few minutes walk to the apartment. Centrally located for Cuba Street, Willis Street and Courtney Place shopping and loved the Cuba Dupa street festival :-) Easy walk to Te Papa and plenty of choices of restaurants and eateries close by. Staff were friendly,...

This hotel is well located, in one direction you have the cafe/restaurant area with Te Papa a bit further, the other way are the downtown shops and cable car. The hotel isn't new but the floor we were on (10th) was freshly renovated, the room was spotless, small but clean bathroom, tidy kitchen area, washing machine/dryer, small wardrobe with sufficient...

Arrived around 20:45 on a Saturday, expected to have to use the lock box to access a key however reception was still open and we were warmly welcomed. Good night's sleep, not aware of any noise outside. Clean bathroom with nice shower gel!

This one bedroom apartment is well appointed. The bathroom is small but functional and leaves more room for the bedroom & lounge/kitchen area. The king size bed was so comfy. It would have been nice to have had some air con or a ceiling fan as it was a bit warm. I was amazed at the lack of noise from...

It's located bang in the middle of the city so it's very close to many bus stops and shopping malls. You can walk to the botanic garden from the hotel (it's all uphill though :)). It is easily reachable from the Airport by Super shuttle. When I reached the hotel, the reception was closed, but there was a mail communication...

We are glad you enjoyed the apartment and our after hour’s service was easy and stress free. The location is very central and we have a fair few uphill walks in Wellington but the other way to get to the botanical gardens is taking the cable car, the reception team are more then happy to give directions or book Wellington...

Accommodation was at a premium due to Wellington hosting the Edinburgh Military Tattoo so we were happy to find anything even though it was more than we'd usually pay for one night. Checking in went ok, except part of their advertising says they have parking available for $25 a day. but when we asked only 2 day parking cards were...

We are sorry to hear the location seems to be the highlight and downfall for your stay. For a inner city property the feedback is generally positive regarding the noise you hear in the apartments. We do have an arrangement with Wilsons parking they provide us with parking passes which are needed to enter the parking building with, a 24...

I spent two nights at this place last week. The room was simple, but well-designed and appointed. I didn't use any of the kitchen stuff, but all of it seemed there. There is even a combo washer/dryer in the bathroom. I did two loads and it worked just fine. The bed was comfortable. The desk staff were uniformly nice and helpful....

Booked this hotel over the phone. We were not told that this was a non serviced room. We could have paid the same amount and gone elsewhere and had our room serviced. Therefore on our return the 2nd night we had to ring up afterhours reception to ask for toilet paper and soap. They said it would be delivered in...

We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. We do offer room only or serviced packages and bookings over 7 days include a weekly service. We apologise the additional supplies were not delivered, for a two night stay there are additional towels and toilet paper in the bathroom so we will remind the after hours team...

Great location. Stroll across road to Central Market where you have a variety of cuisines on offer. Asian style food market. Try the handy coffee shop next door for morning wake up shot. Small kitchenette for self catering. Features compact bathroom/ laundry with washer/dryer. Short cab ride from Wellington railway station. Having traveled all day on Scenic rail from Auckland....
