Very comfortable and spacious. Well serviced and generous complimentary tea, coffee bathroom supplies. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Several restaurants and bar in 5 minute walking distance. We walked to Cathedral Square in 15 minutes.

Everything was good very helpful staff and very comfortable room. Very central to everything. Unfortunately the weather turned to mainly rain but still an enjoyable trip to Christchurch and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spacious unit, very clean with a comfortable bed and nice decor. We were in a front unit close to Bealey Ave which so there was a lot of traffic noise on a Saturday night. Request a room a the back. Only one dinner plate in the kitchen which was surprising since its a good facility. We must have got Management on a bad day because our request for help getting the key to work got a very aggro response. We wont be going there again.

Older property but was spacious and clean and close to downtown area we wanted to walk around. We did have a kitchen in our unit which we appreciate for breakfast. Stayed for a couple nights and had no issues .

Reception was very helpful when our trip from Wellington on the Interislander was delayed, causing us to arrive at the Motor Lodge at 2:15 am: they hid our key and told us where to find it. The accommodations were spacious and seemed nice, but then we had to leave early in the morning.

Very good stay. Helpful owners. Comfortable and good sized room. Handy for many eating options and not far from the centre of town. Pleased to see a separate bin for recycling. Only minor thing that I would improve is the pressure of the shower.

Nice motel, separate bedroom to living and cooking area. Not too far from places to eat, or a longer stroll into the city. Air con good, tv channels a bit limited. No outside space to sit where our room was unfortunately, but overall a good find.

The motel is conveniently located, perhaps 8 minutes from the centre of Christchurch by car. Our unit was clean, with bedroom (king-size bed, very comfortable) and living room/kitchenette (with a single bed). The facilities were excellent. When we phoned reception to say that the smoke alarm was beeping because battery was running out, the gentleman was there within a minute to replace it, and did so cheerfully and efficiently. Any downside? Only a tiny one. The buildings are not too modern and some pieces of furniture were a little dowdy, but that didn't trouble us.

Lovey motel. Good rooms and friendly, welcoming staff. Beds comfortable and kitchen area had everything we needed. Easy walk into centre of Christchurch. Would stay again if I'm ever back in Christchurch.

Clean and centrally based motel - would stay again if passing through Christchurch. Lots of space for family of 4.Fans in bedroom which helped as was very hot. Very quick check in. Despite motel being full was very quiet.
