This was the worst of the eight hotels or motels that we stayed at during 21 days in New Zealand. The front desk or reception closes at 6 pm and breakfast served against payment is nothing but a joke. we lost some of our personal items, not sure if that was taken away during our absence Highly re commend to avoid this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and equipped with a kitchenette, dining and living area and bedroom. The reception staff are helpful. The bus stand is right outside the gates of the premises and is a stoppage for bus no.28 which connects to the bus terminal and inter state bus connections. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night in a ground floor studio - plenty of room, sunny patio for breakfast outside, everything we needed plus very generous continental breakfast. Very quiet. Staff friendly and helpful when we had a medical problem.

Been here before. Its location is perfect for those who like a walk about. With the city on your door step its a perfect place to stay. Clean rooms great staff it a place I will return to. If your into churches especially cardboard ones being meters away from the apartments the Sunday evening song will bring a pleasant sound to you ear. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

Two night stay in a spotlessly clean upstairs unit, with off street parking. Great location for being able to walk in to the city. Walls of the unit pretty thin so you can hear everything. Woken in the middle of the night (after midnight) by other guests returning and carrying on their evening both in their unit and outside-much noise (not the owners/managers fault.)

Host very welcoming, unit clean and quite. Great shower, handy kitchen for breakfast. Walked into city 10 minutes. Left a top behind hanging in wardrobe, hosts were good enough to courier to next motel overnight,so a big thank you.

Units were very well presented however the noise from other units was quite annoying as the walls didn’t have good soundproofing - pull out bed was sadly very uncomfortable. Good off street parking available

Nice clean room with good facilities. Really excellent price. Lovely grounds and located away from traffic noise. Owner friendly and efficient. Unlimited internet Have no real complaints. Other customers in adjacent unit made noise at 2 am but this seemed to be dealt with and can't really be considered the owners fault

Friendly welcome at reception. Apartment was lovely and spacious. Located right near the city centre - walking distance. Very quiet. Lovely towels and bed linen. Only fault we could find was that the small heater couldn’t really heat the apartment to our liking. Would happily stay again.
