A lovely boutique hotel in a good location close to the CBD. Rooms were very clean and of good size. Staff were friendly and happy to help. The Majestic restaurant on site was great too. Car parking is available in a dedicated hotel carpark right beside the hotel ($25 per day). Would happily stay again.

Stayed on Level 5 for two nights. Room was very modern and had everything in it that you’d expect. Bed comfortable and it was quiet. The staff were very helpful with things to do in Christchurch and nothing was too much bother. The eating area is nice but is a bit small for a hotel of this size, particularly on the weekend. All in all - I’d stay here again.

Breakfast could be much better for the level of service you are offering. I am an elite member of Accor group and I believe having a buffet in breakfast will give an excellent service plus it will reduce the time for your customers to wait for their orders.

You get what you see from the pictures if not better. Very friendly staff and excellent quality of facilities. Street parking is available if you choose not to use their private or valet parking. New hotel and you can feel their passion upon arrival, highly recommended.

Had a great stay. Nothing was a bother with porta cot and services. Great breakfast the next day in house at the restaurant. I would recommend staying at this hotel. A pillow selection would have been the only thing I could recommend to improve.

Awesome new boutique hotel close to everything - super friendly. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Hotel bar and cafe was great and staff went the extra mile. Will definitely rebook for next visit to Christchurch

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Customer service was the best, hotel had lot of great features like USB outlets, automated lights in the bathrooms, high ceilings and everything else you could want for your stay. The bar was also another high point. Our bartender Zac was incredible and very knowledgeable as well as a delight to speak with. Place is a 10 out of 10

Great experience from the moment you walk through the front door ! Beautiful decor throughout the lobby and in the hotel room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with information and suggestions fantastic breakfast each morning Great location close to restaurants and close walk to the botanical gardens

Love the hotel, rooms were stunning and the staff were very friendly. It would be great to have a proper dinner option rather then just snack foods. Loved the TV in the room, selection of towels and the vanilla chai latte!

Literally cannot stop raving about the size and comfort of the pillows. Room was clean and tidy and the lighting was lovely lots of space and storage and great atmosphere. The staff were all incredibly professional.
