Site was very run down .Only one shower worked in men's block.Toilet seats broken. Whole site muddy and slippery when it rained. However the price reflected this at 16 NZ dollars per night inc electricity.

Wanted to see Christchurch and we have a campervan, this was one of the cheapest places to stay. Good shower room, kitchen has a wide working space (enough for 4 separate) people to make their own dinner, 2 small tables but has a TV lounge area with more tables. Big fridge. Very big site. Worth going if you don't mind...

We booked the lodge for 3 nights for a training programme. It was difficult to find a venue in Christchurch that could accommodate our needs and we settled on The Lodge at Spencer Park The location is good - about 15min drive from the airport. The lodge is in the middle of the holiday park. When we stayed the park...

I'd read some reviews before booking, saying it was bad/dirty but it was absolutely fine I found. Yeah the facilities are a bit basic, but I've been in worse and plus it's $15 a night I wasn't expecting anything fancy. Showers were good had steady water pressure and really hot. The only downside is that it wasn't massively clear where...

Is a nice spot near to the beach. The amenities block is clean but very worn and need of an update. The grounds are generally well kept however need a good deal of attention to present a good feel to the place.

Like in other Kiwi Holiday Parks... duvets just for rent, kettle but no tap in standard cabin - I will definitely not go on those Kiwi Holiday Parks anymore should I return to New Zealand some day. Although it was my last night there before I had to go the airport in the very early morning I told the staff...

There were a lot of positives given the time of year. The park was very quiet and affordable but the facilities were a little dated. Free BBQ and nicely equipped kitchen were a bonus. Great location given the proximity to Christchurch cbd and the airport.

When we first arrived the staff in the office did not acknowledge me at all and continued doing their work and I had to wait a long time, eventually she came over gave me key and no other information! The tourist unit had everything we needed little kitchen and bathroom (which wasn't that wonderful) BUT what I loved was that...

We booked a standard cabin here knowing we would only be sleeping in it, rather than spending any time at the campsite. It was only $71 for our family of four, so very cheap. You do get what you pay for, as it was just a room with 2 bunks, one stool and a bench. There were a few plates,...

The kitchenfacilities (oven, mikrowave, toaster) are disgusting. The showers have no pressure and the sites are not realy marked. The washing machines are only on cold water(like most of the washing machines at campgrounds round NZ unfortunately) I don't know why.

Thank Jazafri
