I booked the compact studio and wow it's the smallest room I've ever been in. Alright for an overnight stay for one person but I wouldn't want to be in it for longer. Lovely bathroom and bed; not a fan of eating a meal while seated at a bench beneath the TV. Each room has its own car parking space.

A friendly welcome and room was ready - big bonus after 20 hours flying from UK. Map provided with recommendations. Perfect 2 bedroom with upstairs for the bedrooms and lovely spacious bathroom with fab shower and spa bath. Beds really comfortable and all very clean. Road is busy and could be noisy - we requested rooms further away and good double glazing. Emma the owner was so friendly and helped us with various requests. Fantastic coffee van was parked up both mornings. Turn right and opposite and there is a fabulous cafe Affogato - brilliant for breakfast. Turn left and 10 minutes to a great locals pub. 20 min walk into city if you don’t grab an Uber or catch the bus.

Very handy location Available parking Room’s very clean , and well appointed Great shower , could get the dirtiest body clean with the pressure Reception, very friendly and helpful Novel attraction. They have a coffee cart at the front in the mornings

The location was close to the CBD, & to Southern Cross Hospital, the later is where I needed to get to/from Reception was excellent : they helped with getting dinner ( no car ) , they helped with getting a few things from supermarket ( again because I couldn’t get there ) They looked out for my safety &checked on my welfare ( I was disabled )

On advised opted for superior studio instead of compact and was not disappointed. Clean room with everything that I would expect from a good motel. Though on ground floor, had sound sleep. Special thanks for early check in. Reached by 9.00am and was offered the room immediately and that really helped. Customer service was excellent. Warm and friendly host. Will recommend based on my experience and is also centrally located.

Bella Vista is within easy distance of a great coffee shop and within walking distance of the centre of town. It is also close to the bus route. The unit we had was small, but clean and tidy. It was functional as we were touring and only needed to sleep there at night. We arrived fairly late and the person at reception phoned a local pub to stay open to provide us with a meal, which was helpful.

Thank you for the hospitality. We loved our stay! It is such a great location being so close to the city. We were able to walk to most places which was very convenient. WiFi and services were excellent. Will definitely stay here again!

First experience at the Bella Vista chain and it was fine. I arrived early evening and stayed two nights to allow a day to explore the city and its surroundings. The Bella Vista is a little out of the centre so you'll have a reasonable walk or short drive to reach the sights and main restaurants. Perhaps more nearby are open weekdays... but I was there on Sunday. No hot water for the shower on my second day but I was leaving early and no-one was around to report it to...

We found this place by accident, no booking, Carol (Manager) gave us an excellent price for a 3 bedroom apartment. Very clean, only downside was 2 lots of stairs to get up to the bedrooms. But it was very clean, beds were very comfortable, quiet and Carol was very helpful and friendly. Would easily go back there again.
