We have had a wonderful 5 nights at Quest Cathedral Square. The location has been fantastic, the room was very clean on arrival and serviced throughout our stay. My nine year old & me shared a studio, it worked perfectly for us. Lots of great food options close by, and the Tram stop right below The staff were very helpful, and gave us a great rate when I called directly

Booked 1 night with 2 bedroom apartment. All carparks taken so had to pay extra $15 for next door uncovered parking. First impressions was not good with a dirty lobby and upon arriving at our floor near the lift found a wall painting that was heavily scratched from the baggage trolley. Entering into a twin key type apartment that contained a tight Lounge & Dining but was comfortable. Small Kitchen with single F&P Dishdrawer, 3/4 fridge & double infrared hobs. Single glazed windows so not great sound or thermal barrier with lots of condensation in the mornings. Lots of floor standing & wall heaters so not exactly energy efficient plus portable aircon machines in the corners. The Bedroom was a internal type with no external walls so had a full height vertical glazed slot in the corner which really needed a blind to provide some privacy. The bedroom TV was not working properly and kept losing network connection which meant a black screen every 30 seconds. Had to turn it off as unwatchable. A very small bathroom but did have heated towel rail. Tap was very stiff & needed the washer to be replaced. The second bedroom had an even smaller bathroom with no room for a heated towel rail. There's no restaurant but reception will give a discount voucher for the local cafe next to the tramstop.

Comfortable what you expect experience. Nothing flash, but comfortable clean and in the centre of the city. Nice location with easy access to tram station and the city. Shower good with good flow of water, enough tea/instant coffee available, bed soft but ok.

We stayed for 2 nights in the East wing in Rm 201a and b. 2 bed apartment with Two bathrooms sharing with another couple. The only issue for us was the lounge seating was far too low. Everything else was awesome. The location was great with the tram stop right outside and underground parking for an extra $18 pn. Great value. Would stay again.
