This is a great place to pull your camper. Very reasonable rates with fantastic facilities. The people at reception are so helpful and make you very welcome. Located on the north side of Dunedin it makes it very easy to go into town or take in the beauty that is Dunedin. I must thank the manager for the pen he...

Felt very welcome on arrival. The price was very good for the accommodation that I stayed in. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen/bathroom was very satisfactory. Nice walk into town if you are ok with 2 or 3km. Room was very clean. Only problem for me was the internet was in and out a lot although I am not really...

Even though it was raining and cold, to be expected at the end of May, this place was so nice, a really picturesque location along a stream, beautiful trees making it very park like. Superb and clean facilities. New owners are great and really wanting to make sure your stay is perfect. Very near the stadium and neat places to...

Nice place to stay. We booked a wee cabin. Was nice and simple. Only issues I had is it was slightly too small. But you pay for what you get and it was a great price. Had everything you'd need. Great kitchen, dining and lounge areas. We had a small heating issue with the showers but it was still fine....

Our stay this time was only a one nighter but our motel room had pretty much all we needed for a family of 5. We had stayed here in the past and love the location and proximity to walking tracks. Possibly my only gripe this time round was that they forgot to put a bathmat in the bathroom and I...

This was a great place to stay for 4 nights. The apartments were a good size for the 3 of us and the location was 5 mins from the central city. The apartments had owe Sky TV/Kitchen facilities and bathroom. The lows of it was the circulation of air throughout the apartments, condensation was really bad as they had no...

This is the second time I have stayed in one of the studio units here and most impressed. Spotlessly clean, well kitted out with comfy bed and friendly host. Location is close enough to CBD but adjacent to the lovely Ross creek reserve which I highly recommend for a run or stroll. On this occasion my wife left her slippers...

Only a stones throw from town and yet you feel like you are a world away from civilisation. The site is well laid out and the facilities are excellent. The showers were very nice and hot! We were right by the river and it was lovely listening to it. The trees are in full Autumn colours and are just magnificent!...

With brillant new owners who take care so much about the place. The amenities are a little bit older but fine for me. Prices for the cabins are reasonable because, especially the self containet units, are clean, new and high standard.

I much prefer these smaller sites to the larger Top 10 holiday parks and this one is a gem. An easy walk into town, although uphill on the way back, but there is a bus stop nearby. Beryl was excellent in helping us to book trips. The facilities are fine and there are bush walks direct from the site. Highly...
