The house is a lovely building located in an amazing hill with great views. Confortable, clean. Tracy and her Husband were adorable and helpful. They provide information and tips for our trip and a abundant breakfast.

On our travels we have not come across anyone as friendly as Tracey and Jason. The B & B is lovely occupying a great position overlooking the coast. It is a way out of Dunedin town and nearest eateries etc are in St Clair about 4k away. Tracey is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the local area that she made...

Lovely comfortable room in beautiful historic house. Our hosts were lovely and most helpful. The breakfast was great with an excellent full English. The only downside was the shared bathroom which wasnt really a problem and there are plans to change that. Lovely place and lovely people.

We stayed three nights at Regency and we couldn't fault it. The room was huge with fabulous views and beautifully furnished with a modern ensuite bathroom. Downstairs has a comfortable lounge area and there is a laundry for guests' use. The hosts are friendly, helpful and efficient and the breakfasts were great. We had tea and coffee making in our...

Tracey and Jason and their two children were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. They made our stay extra special. The B&B is very comfortable, with large attractive rooms and a very useful laundry room. Our breakfasts were absolutely delicious and we would not hesitate to return to this excellent B&B.

We had two nights in this quirky little gem on the edge of Dunedin. Tracey and Jason have taken it on quite recently and gave us a very warm welcome. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds and the views are great. Breakfast was generous and tasty and we also made good use of the washing machine! We explored the...

We stayed twice at Edgeley during our all too brief trip to Dunedin. It was exactly what one looks for in a B&B - of course it was clean and breakfast was great but also the owners were hugely obliging, ready to provide great recommendations for things to do but never intrusive. The location is lovely, on the top of...

This B and B was amazing - luxurious in every way, yet reasonably priced. The hosts Janet and Alan went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Beautiful old house situated overlooking Anderson's Bay, close to plenty of restaurants . I would recommend this accommodation to all. Thanks for ensuring our stay in Dunedin was so good.

We received a very warm welcome by our hosts Janet and Alan. Our room was large, clean, with ocean view and ensuite bathroom. Soy milk was waiting for me in the guest fridge as I'm lactose intolerant. Breakfast was included and provided everything you could ask for. We didn't even need lunch as we were still full from the cooked...

We stayed in the Emery room for a few nights during our honeymoon and it was wonderful! Janet and Alan were unbelievably nice - even providing a ride into town so we wouldn't have to take a cab. The place was huge, clean, and had wonderful views. Also, the breakfast was scrumptious! We will be back again!
