My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights and were impressed by this B & B. A historical building with period furniture, Ewa and Keith make every attempt to make you feel at home. Well appointed rooms, free wifi, laundry facility, car parking and located within a few minutes walk of Dunedin's main sights and the Octogen,... More

The Fletcher House is outstanding on all counts: beautiful, comfortable rooms; modern en-suite baths; fabulous, helpful hosts; a delicious breakfast; lovely common rooms for relaxing and meeting other guests and close to the center of Dunedin with great restaurants and attractions. A couple notes on this historic, beautiful manor home in a wonderful location. First, it is halfway up a... More

Fletcher Lodge was beyond our expectations. Exquisitely decorated. Not one detail has been left out. Ewa and Keith are just the perfect hosts: extremely educated and pleasant. Ewa was very attentive and willing to give recommendations about places. Set up a walkimg tour of the city for us with a wonderful guide. We wish we could have stayed there at... More

Everything about Fletcher Lodge is outstanding. The rooms, the property, the dining and sitting rooms, and the wonderfully thoughtful and kind owners. Parking worked well for us as we were able to walk into town and enjoy the restaurants, museums, and parks.

This Lodge was chosen based on Trip Advisor rating. All my expectations were met. Lovely wood work throughout the place, properly complimented with furniture. sliver, etc. Would highly recommend this pace.

I recently stayed at Fletcher Lodge for two nights and can not praise it enough. I had a lovely room and was looked after by Ewa so well as I was travelling on my own. It was the little things that made all the difference, the bed being turned down, the curtains pulled, the lights turned on and a chocolate... More

We stayed in one of the two bedroomed apartments at Fletcher Lodge, each with an ensuite. The location was very convenient and easy to walk into the city - although the steep hill back up might not be for everyone! Keith and Ewa were delightful hosts and the breakfast was delicious each morning. Follow Ewa's advice and you will enjoy... More

Fletcher Lodge is totally nestled in a secluded garden area on a hill. You must go through a small tunnel type opening into the small front garden parking area. The rooms are large and lovely, as is the dining area. The rooms have an old European feel about them, and yet the facilities are modern with contemporary comfort. The Lodge... More

This 5-room B&B is nestled in a hillside just above the main commercial area. It is a renovated building from 1925 and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. We were in the Craigard room, which was large and modern, though still in the style of a UK mansion. Kind of felt like a British Lord for a couple of days--especially with... More

The Fletcher Lodge is housed in a historic 100 year old building that has been beautifully maintained and furnished by hosts Keith and Ewa. We were in the Craigard room, a lovely room and large bath on the main floor that was actually added to the original structure. You would never know it as the ceiling decoration, crown molding, and... More
