A very quiet room as described on the website. Ensuite bathroom rather tired and worn but adequate. Relaxed and friendly hostess. Lovely breakfast served in the dining room with china befitting the era of the house. A 15 minute walk to the centre of town.

Very quaint, old world charm. Yes it needs repairs but although it is very old we felt it was cosy. Our room was quite large, the bed very comfortable and the room and bathroom very clean, although the shower head not the best. However the price is excellent and it included breakfast which was a big plus. Loved the use...

Our room and bath, especially, werre not up to expectations. Soap was running low and was only the liquid type you'd buy at a grocery store. No other amenities. The cold breakfast was enhanced by fresh muffins. The sitting room is adequate but tired. The host was helpful and gracious. The location is convenient to major attractions, by foot. Off...

Some might call it quaint, some might call it charm, some might call it run down. This very old house has a sitting room and breakfast room downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs is nicely decorated and continental breakfast with real china is served in the morning. The rooms- so small that there is not space for 2 people and 2...

Warm, comfortable, central and thoroughly hospitable. Needing a little refurbishment but this does not detract from the experience. Spotlessly clean. Would stay again happily. Just what Dunedin hospitality should be. Thanks very much

To three of us , we do Not find the B & B is vintage or old. In fact , we like it because it has its own elegant way. It is like those B & B built in the small towns of United Kingdom. It is " very british " style per se. The location of the B &...

A very nice B&B. The impression of the room was old, but clean. Breakfast was simple, but good and the hosts were nice. The biggest complaint was that there was a skylight directly above the bed in our room, so being summer, light streamed in on us early.

A very well located property within easy walking distance of the town centre. The B&B is an old building but well maintained and feels like you're in a part of Dunedin rather than a hotel room anywhere. Car parking can be a bit of a problem but a bit of a walk doesn't hurt if you've been in the ,car...

Stayed here two nights. The house could do with some renovation and care. For example, the door to our room was ill-fiiting and the lighting was a naked bulb. But, breakfast was excellent, the hostess very friendly so we had a comfortable stay. Good value for money.

Only stayed one night, the owner was very helpful. Room more than adequate, remembering we were staying in a lovely old house. Breakfast was continental, but had everything. Lovely fruit salad, fresh loaf of bread etc. Couldn't have wanted for more. Close to places for dinner and 1.5km from train station. Had a good nights sleep too. Very happy with...
