Kat, our receptionist was extremely helpful with maps and directions. The room was clean and comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom very good. Even though it is on the main road it was not noisy. It's in the centre of town so walking distance to everything. Parking is at the side of the hotel, off the main road. We were on...

Way too alive in fact. Invercargill is one of those towns that, well, attracts the idle in their dropped exhaust bangers to do laps of the main street on Saturday night. The hotel is centrally located and ideal for that but quiet it was not. That of course will be a Saturday night factor I'm sure. But, apart from the...

Arrived for 2 nights stay in 1 bedroom as it has washer & dryer. Clean unit not that big but the views is looking at rooftops Ok for the price. As and old post office the floors squeeze a bit. It is not a 4 star motel but its clean. Very central and with in walking distance to shops $...

Perfect location for the traveler. Stayed in a studio apartment from Friday to Monday refurbished, full dinner ware and cutlery but limited cooking facilities - only electric pan and microwave. No servicing of apartments on Sundays. Secured front door entrance, with a lift for easy access to upstairs.

Was great to be able to relax and enjoy some extra space. Cooking facilities were good. Quiet location with helpful staff. Easy walking distance to various locations. Many people told us not to bother going so far south, however, we enjoyed playing golf, loved Queens Park and found it a very relaxing stay.

Undergoing renovations, strong paint smell throughout. Friendly staff. Will be good when it's finished. Ended up in an access room with shower at waist height, not sure why? Close to Speights hotel. Off street parking available. No free wifi.

We arrived in invercargill one evening and found all motels were booked. We drove by the quest apartment and I thought I would give it a ring and see. Yes accommodation was available and the nite duty lady could not be any more helpful. The rooms are OK clean and have cooking facilities. Nice place to stay in a great...

We stayed for one night The public areas of the building are a bit dated but the room itself was a lovely surprise- modern, clean and a good size. The location is central. We had a front facing window so we could see out over Invercargill. The room was very quiet though. Reception was a bit hit and miss in...

Arrived about 1730hrs on Saturday evening to find reception had closed at 1700 hrs. Another couple had arrived just prior to us and we're going through the arduous process of contacting after hours manager. Finally after some delay a rather grumpy receptionist arrived and issued keys but was not forthcoming with parking or access to building etc. The room itself...
