Was a decent enough hotel for one night. Awful check in and check out service. Think they were having a staff party as we arrived late (10pm) so no one was on reception but that's understandable but we were told to park the car and our card to get in wasn't working and was just a bit of a rigmarole...

I was disappointed with this hotel but as a loyal Accor member staying in their hotels whenever I can all over the world there was no other choice in Invercargill. I found the young lady on reception not particularly friendly or helpful. There is no restaurant but a poor quality continental breakfast is available. The room itself was adequate but...

Excellent mid-town two=bedroom apartment with all facilities right in the center of Invercargill which offered us the flexibility to explore the city and surrounds both on foot and using the car for the Bluff area

We had room 404, so we were able to have a nice view from our room. The building looks like it was once a warehouse - had those warehouse-style windows embedded with wire. The room can get hot, even in winter/early spring, so the standalone desk fan in the room came in handy. The bathroom could've had better ventilation -...

We moved room after bring given the disabled access one which was really dark and only had a very high up window we couldn't see out of. Next room was much better and had a window we could open. Carpets in halls and rooms were grotty. Reminded us of student halls of resudence rather than a hotel , as did...

great central location with modest, but very clean room. Great common room (although TV wasn't working at the time of visit). Included breakfast was basic, but very good. Friendly staff. Relaxed. Would stay again.

I checked into the Ibis for a two day business trip. Front desk staff were friendly & welcoming. Went up to my room, walked in & was immediate hit with a stench like something had died (mixed with sick). I asked if I could be moved, but no other rooms were available. Other guests told me their rooms were the...

Didn't have high expectations of this hotel, as its at the low cost end of the Accor group. Once a glitch was sorted regarding my parking access, I was incredibly surprised by the size of the room. it was huge. In fact, it was more like an apartment, with a large living area/kitchen (which I didn't use), a large bedroom...

I stay every month at this hotel for business purposes. Sometimes in a studio room, other times in their 1 and 2 bed apartment rooms. In the winter I prefer the studio room or the 1 bedroom option as I find heating the extra rooms a little difficult. The rooms are not overly large but generally clean, although the bathroom...

I know it was cheap but really? When we arrived the guy on the desk wasn't overly friendly and when I asked about parking he said that we should have booked parking at the time of booking and no they didn't have any. Had to park on the street which I wasn't that happy about. The room was tiny and...
