Stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. Was a home away from home. Lovely and clean and had everything you need including a full kitchen that was very modern. Warm and cosy. Is ideal for families esp with lots of space and a living area. Would be our top pick for invercargill

Thanks for your great review. Our 2 bedroom motels are our top units and we are pretty proud of them. They we purpose built and a lot of thought went into the design such as plenty of living space to spread out. Sometimes on holiday you need that bit of extra room. Once again thanks for taking the time to...

Booked there for 1 night on 13 July 2016. Since I have already experienced their place in Wellington, so I didn't think twice to search for a place to stay in Invercargil and found Top 10 and quickly booked it. They have the modern concept with outstanding cleanliness that is really worth your money! Will always stay at top 10...

Great that you enjoyed your stay. Its good that you recognise the importance of the Top 10 brand which does make it easy when looking for accommodation where you have never stayed before. The importance of cleanliness is something that shows through on Trip Advisor feedback and is our number one goal every day. Thanks for taking the time to...

We were in a deluxe standard unit. While close quarters for five of us, the room had a mini kitchenette (without a sink) with cups, plates, cleaning things, and a fridge. The room was fairly new, very clean, with comfy beds, dining table and chairs. The toilet and shower block were well appointed and clean. The TV room had plenty...

Thanks for your great review. The units you talk about are great for families as you pointed out. WiFi is one thing we are working hard on but its quite a complex issue increasing data limits as we are constrained by the copper running to our property. The industry is always looking at ways to make being connected easier and...

Had a four night stay here while I was having surgery at the local hospital. Owner was lovely and the room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean and with free wifi and kitchen area. Located a 10 min drive from town and 15 min from the hospital. Owner was particularly helpful when we had to extend our stay and let...

Great that you enjoyed your stay especially considering the circumstances you were here. Cleanliness is our number one priority and its always good when people indicate that they appreciate that. Invercargill is an easy city to get around and we often laugh when people ask how long it takes to get somewhere. Nothing is more than 15 minutes drive and...

I stay more than 10 nights in a year in holiday parks in NZ. Although it has a small kitchen(caution: no communal pots) and less convenient for backpackers and caravan people, its rooms are the best of the best in Holiday parks in NZ. Let me say the quality of linen and utensils in en-suite rooms and motel units at...

Thanks for taking the time to place a review on our property. We did once have pots and pans in our kitchens but they seemed to want to go on holidays with some of our guests so now we just have them available on request at our reception. You should have had the explained when you checked in and we...

After spending the night at Timaru Top 10 Holiday Park and looking at the facilities at Te Anau Top 10 Holiday Park, we are in conclusion that the one at Invercargill is the most humble one with very small kitchen and rather old condition. No instant boiled water facilities. The toilet and bathroom was nice and clean though. The service...

Thanks for taking the time to place a review on our property. Its important customers compare apples with apples and not all parks are the same for a variety of reasons. We are a small park therefore have a small kitchen. Actually we do have two kitchens and one is quite large but they cope well with the numbers we...

We spent one night in a powered site here and the amenities were nice and clean and even had a handicap/family toilet/shower. The location is outside of town and there is a bit of road noise that you can hear. The playground does not have much besides two swings and a log ladder thing to climb. The cabins and rooms...

Thanks for taking time out to place feedback on our business. Nice and clean is what we strive for so appreciate your comments. Not sure about the road noise you heard as things are normally very quiet. There is a morning train the rattles over a bridge about one and a half kms away and on a frosty morning does...

Rented a studio which was spotless clean, nice TV, well equipped and much better priced than the motels around the loud main streets. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Certainly my first choice in Invercargill from now on. Tom. Whangarei

I was impressed by the clean, tidy, warm unit that we stayed in. The kitchen facilities were right next door and were perfect for us to prepare our own meals with ease. Thanks for placing a review on our property. We stayed one night in a camper van on a powered site. The camp is quite small and is located on the out skirts of town in a rural area. It's quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and well serviced. Rates were reasonable. A nice place to stop over!
