Stayed here two nights in January. We had a room with a loft and the accomodation had everything we needed and were even able to Cook a simple meal. After the stay however we forgot our passports in a drawer. I only found out the next evening after a 6 hour Drive. Once I called the reception they helped us...

Not up to expectations by a long shot . Difficult access throughout the complex , parking a challenge , Staff a bit to casual and blase and had the feeling very little knowledge about the hospitality industry . The room was very clean and tidy and thats about all it had going for it . The bed was up a...

I would recommend this lodge for school groups and one night stays only. We stayed here for three nights and we've walked away very tried and sore. The beds were of very bad quality and we spent each night trying not to roll into each other. Also, being on the first floor we were kept up all night with the...

We were booked in here for new yrs eve We visited the room but declined to stay. It was on the thrid flloor no lift and two heavy bags no way. Certainly not a place for a couple over 50. The room laacked class and very basic in need of maintenance. Poor service parking difficult would never recommend for the...

Charged me $20 without warning because we left the room a bit messy. No damage nor stains were left. After ringing up they said they attempted contact us but there are no emails or missed calls. Plus there was an excessive amount of noise day and night from other guests. The rooms were as expected but I'm highly disappointed in...

Stayed for one night. Staff were helpful. 15 min walk to centre of queenstown. We were on the top floor so had to carry luggage up 3 floors. Bed was on elevated level 1 metre below the roof which felt claustrophobic when sleeping.

Lodge is located on a steep hill with limited and tight parking spaces. Rooms are basic and we stayed on the 2nd floor. There are no lifts and you will need to drag your luggage up. We stayed in a room with 2 single beds and a bathroom. Beds are old and not comfortable. Only towels and toilet paper are...

My friend & I stayed in an ensuite room for 1 night during our visit to Queenstown last weekend. We found our room to be clean & adequate for our stay. However, when we went to shower in the morning, we discovered only a trickle of water came out the shower head, which meant we were not able to shower...

Location is good as it is near town center. The 2 minutes free wifi is better than none. Breakfast is basic though compensated by a great view of part of queenstown. Parking lots available. For those staying on upper floors, dragging your lagguage up will be tough as there is no lift.

Stayed for here for 2 nights with the wife. Nice clean place. Breakfast was toast and cereal with juice available, I was happy with that. It was cold outside so the heating in the room worked well. There was a Vietnamese girl on reception when we checked in and she was really helpful and friendly and booked luge for us....
