Overlooking the picturesque city of Queenstown and the surrounding mountains, these apartments are truely a home away from home. Our hosts, Karen and Warren were attentive with such a friendly, helpful and caring attitude it made our visit that much more easy. The special gift of home made cookies upon arrival made our day after a long trip. The self...

Our family of 6 (4 children under 9), stayed at Heritage Heights in early April 2009 for 8 days. We have lived in London for several years and travelled quite extensively in Europe as well, and I can honestly say that I have never come across nicer hosts. Karen is and absolute gem, so kind and warm AND she loves...

We were made very welcome on our arrival by Karen who brought us a plate of cookies and showed us to our 3 bed / two story apartment - very clean and functional, lovely view over Queenstown. Just felt it was lacking in a few home comforts (coffee table, extra seating). It took about 10 mins to walk into Queenstown...

What a great place to stay. We were two couples over 50. Warm, friendly greeting by on-site Managers Karen and Warren who just couldn't do enough for us, helping with activity bookings, restaurant and shopping advice. Our 2 bed apartment (both with ensuite) was modern, clean and well furnished with all mod cons and stunning views over Queenstown. Nestled into...

It has all been said already: to die for views, fantastic service, roomy apartments that are warm and clean. Queenstown centre is only a 5 min walk away with loads to do and lots of great restaurants. Coronary Hill on the return walk does make you realise how unfit you are though!

What else can I say that hasn't already been said by previous reviewers. The apartments were spotless, the views unsurpassed and totally amazing, even in bad weather (which we unfortunately had) and the service from Karen and Warren was far beyond anyone's expectations. I could not fault anything with Heritage Heights and we will return again and again. The apartment...

The husband and wife (? :D) staff that own these lovely apartments were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We received home-made cookies upon our arrival, gave us a quick guide to Queenstown and even showed us how to attach snow chains to our cars before we headed up to the mountains. Highly recommended. Did I mention the view...

These apartments are spacious, clean and come with fantastic views. Only a short walk into town and plenty of parking per unit. The on site managers are welcoming, friendly and do their best to help you out in any way. Highly recommended to stay here if planning to visit queenstown.
