If you want a quiet relaxed and homely feel then this is the place to be. It's not a party hostel which is great. It has a lovely warm fireplace within the movie area and down stairs kitchen. With a quiet chilled area and kitchen upstairs. The host is really friendly and welcoming into the hostel. For the feels of...

With a last-minute trip to Wanaka and Queenstown booked, we were a little limited on options remaining for accomodation, but we certainly won't be staying here again! After a fabulous stay in Wanaka, for less money, this was the other end of the scale. The manager was pretty rude, the rooms very small, the windows not secure, the wifi cut...

I stayed in the hostel at the beginning of my travels in Queenstown, New Zealand. I was checked into the hostel for approximately 1 month, whilst I looked for a more permanent home to reside in long-term. The hostel was good but I would definitely say it could do with some work. It looked a little bit tired in places...

Super chilled small quiet homelike hostel. Full of friendly faces here to enjoy QT. Reception was very friendly and extremely helpful. Hostel cat Gary is never up for a cuddle but it's nice to see a fuzzy face while traveling. Would stay here again and again.

This is a pretty nice hostel. Looking a little rundown in spots, and it was quite cold inside actually, but the staff are nice, it's good and quiet, they have unlimited free wifi, and there are 2 spacious kitchens. Nice common room as well. Not a particularly special spot, but you could certainly do a whole lot worse!

I will not say it was bad (I have stayed in worse hostels elsewhere) but it really wasn't good. The kitchen is dirty, old, half functioning and small. The hostel in general feels run down and actually quite dirty (and I usually don't care about dirty). It's absolutely not a problem staying a night here or two. But considering that...

I stayed in a six bed dorm with three friends and enjoyed my stay. The hostel was quiet, and clean. The bathrooms were a bit outdated (in need of an upgrade) and the kitchen was a bit cramped but other then that it was great. Reminded me of staying at a cottage. Being close to fresh choice was also a...

Well.... having to change our plans unexpectedly meant we had to locate somewhere to stay at short notice in a very busy Queenstown during peak season. This was our choice for $31 a night each - for a 6 person dorm. Not ideal but as I stated not much else available. We rang, we booked, we mentioned our arrival time,...
