We had a fantastic stay at the Chalet Queenstown! The Chalet is simply immaculate and our room was perfectly appointed and provided us with spectacular views! The breakfasts were delicious and Alex and his team were engaging and informative, assisting us to find our way around Queenstown and surrounds. The Chalet is just a short five minute stroll to the...

Alex & John have hit it all at Chalet Queenstown. Quiet, warm, inviting, friendly, comfortable, modern, tastefully decorated, premium furnishings and bedding, responsive personal service. If you are after an upper end experience at a mid range price then try out the Chalet - you will not be disappointed. Also, kiss the cook after breakfast, he will deserve it.

We booked out the Chalet with family and friends for our combined 60th party over the weekend 8-9th April 2016. Jude, Alex and Johnny (and staff) made it the most fabulous weekend ever. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the rooms have a calm and warm feel and very tastefully decorated. The downstairs room we had was large, warm and...

Exceptionally warm welcome and compact but perfect room. The view from the veranda was stunning. Delicious choice of home-cooked food for breakfast and a generous breakfast tray left for us on the morning of our Milford Sound trip.

Alex, Jude and staff are warm and welcoming. The decor is lovely and tastefully done. Our room had a great view of the lake and mountains and the breakfast is delicious. Besides the starters of fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc., there is a wonderful selection of cooked breakfasts, all beautifully prepared. Alex gave us great restaurant recommendations as well. We had...

Excellent room, excellent service. We stayed two non-consecutive nights and B&B stored our luggage while we were doing Milford track. Owner brought us to downtown when it rained. Offered Good choice of breakfast. Comfortable beds.

We have really enjoyed our stay at the Queenstown Chalet.
