The staff were very helpful and could not do more for you. The breakfast was really good and generous but the rooms were fairly basic with little noise insulation. The bathrooms could really do with modernising. The hotel is situated just outside the town but within easy walking distance. We had a good view of the lake from our room....

Enjoyed 3 nights , Michael and Eka were generous hosts. Easy walk to restaurants, lake attractions and gondola. Big hearty breakfasts and a warm beautifully furnished room. Enjoyed the chocolate fish ! Room had great lake and city views with good off street parking for our rental car.

This is a very comfortable hotel. The rooms are attractive and well maintained. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel is an easy stroll from downtown or from the Gondola ride, yet far enough from the centre to be quiet (especially at night). Each room has a view of the lake and the Remarkables. As a treat, there are always chocolates...

Browns Boutique Hotel was a perfect fit for us. Charming, quiet and personable. Personable service - Michael, the manager, was always available and very helpful with recommendations, including logistics. He went above and beyond for his guests, including driving one guest to the airport. His recommendations for restaurants and activities were spot on. We felt completely comfortable and looked after....

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here at Browns Boutique. The service is excellent, everyone is very friendly. It's in a quiet location but just minutes away from all the shops, restaurants, the lake, and the gondola. Perfect location! The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. They have robes in the room and cookies, chocolate, and...

On a per night basis this was the equivalent cost of a night in The Langham Auckland. But good value nonetheless. We finished two weeks in NZ with our last night here. Good way to do it. Nice boutique hotel easy walking to town with marvellous views of lake, city, mountains from your verandah and room. Nice two course home...

We had a great 2 night stay at Brown's. Mike the manager was super friendly and attentive. The room was quite nice with large king bed, modern bathroom, and great views from the small balcony (we were on the top floor, room 9 I think). They have a nice breakfast spread with several choices of hot breakfast which were all...

Cute and cozy, Mike is a marvelous host most helpful and accommodating! He truly make it a great stay! When my plans had to change due to the weather, he offered up several excellent suggestions as to how best spend my time in Queenstown. This place is in an awesome location! CLOSE walking distance to the Queenstown central area (shops,...
