Ave room, bath room does need remodeling, new carpet is recommended. Great service, good food, great breakfast, good parking , great location, no view or limited view. Over all relatively high cost for what you get.

Unfortunately we stayed only for one night, but we had a very good stay. The best thing about this hotel was their staff. Staff was very welcoming, provided excellent advice and was knowledgeable. Location is smack in the middle of Queenstown, everything is within walking distance. Our room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom is very...

Our first trip to NZ and Queenstown is one we will remember fondly. Excellent location. The Sofitel suite was amazing - huge, comfortable and spa bath was used daily! King bed was wonderful. Our suite was so quiet and serviced well daily. The concierge Seamus was fantastic with wonderful suggestions for activities and restaurants. All staff were friendly and effective....

This is such a lovely place to stay. The service is impeccable, the rooms are lovely, the food is very nice and the location is just great. I had an issue with a lost bag which the concierge followed up for me with the airline and arranged for delivery to the hotel. Really enjoyed the week we were there.

This is a first-class hotel that offers an oasis of tranquility in a very busy tourist town. The only thing we didn't like was the the reading lights above the bed. They were high up on the wall and the small LEDs were not bright enough for comfortable reading. Conversely, the lamps on the bedside tables were too low to...

Any follower of my reviews will realise I am loathe to outright pan any establishment or business. We are extensively traveled and with our own businesses appreciate the value of feedback. So against that premises when you come across a business and a staff mentality that if it doesn't fit neatly into their 'systems' and are made to feel as...

Fantastic room in a great location in Queenstown. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious but expensive - if you can get it included in your room rate that would be a better option.

I really wanted this establishment to be the icing on the cake of our first 12 day trip to NZ and with our initial superb welcome and pleasant surprise at the Sofitel Auckland we had no worries about finishing up for 3 days in Queenstown . Oh how wrong we were! We decided to 'go for it ' and go...

Wow what a great hotel to stay at. The rooms are really comfortable and spacious, and a good modern feel to them.
